図2を参照する。第2のワイヤ120は、第1の生分解性高分子P1及び薬物Dが混合されてなる。
図3を参照する。第2のワイヤ120は、胴体部121と、胴体部121の外周面にコートされたコート層122と、を含んでなる。
再狭窄を防止するために、長期間の薬物放出期間と多数の薬物が必要な場合がある。
本発明の血管用融合型ステント100の実施例である第1実施例を製造する方法について説明する。説明が重複する点は、先に説明したので、省略する。
第1のステップにおいて、本発明の第2のワイヤ120に薬物を担持させて製造する方法としては、大きく以下の3つに区分することができる。
1)薬物を金属ステントに直接付着する方法
2)多孔性(porous)金属ステントの多孔(pores)に薬物をロードする方法
3)ステントコートする高分子に薬物を混合する方法
4)生分解性高分子に薬物を溶かして高分子が生分解されながら薬物が共に溶出される方法
第1のワイヤ110は、超弾性形状記憶合金素材から製造され、所望の形状のケース、チューブ、またはモールド内で製造されることができる。これは、適切な構造、パターン、形状またはその組み合わせ、または、適切な構造、パターン、形状またはその組み合わせでレーザーカットされ得る。
第3のステップS300では、第1のワイヤ110と第2のワイヤ120とが互いに交差するように円周方向に互いに異なる位置でそれぞれ交差される過程を経る。

Claims (5)
- 一方向に多数の列からなり、人体内で形状維持される複数個の第1のワイヤと、
前記第1のワイヤと交差して多数の列から形成される複数個の第2のワイヤと、
前記第1のワイヤ及び前記第2のワイヤが交差した部分を連結するコネクタと、を含み、
前記第1のワイヤ及び前記第2のワイヤによって複数個の中空が形成され、
前記複数の第2のワイヤのうち、少なくとも一つ以上が人体内で一定時間後に分解されることを特徴とする、
血管用融合型ステント。 - 前記第2のワイヤは、人体内で一定時間後に分解される生分解性高分子と、少なくとも一種類以上の薬物と、が混合されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管用融合型ステント。
- 前記生分解性高分子は、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリラクチド、ポリグリコールライド、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリジオキサノン、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリホスファゼン、ポリアンヒドリド、ポリアミノ酸、セルロースアセテートブチレート、セルローストリアセテート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリシロキサン及びポリビニルピロリドンのうちの少なくともいずれか一つ以上からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の血管用融合型ステント。
- 前記薬物は、パクリタキセル(Paclitaxel)系列を含む抗癌剤、シロリムス(Sirolimus) とリムス(Limus)系列とを含む免疫抑制剤、及びシロスタゾール(Cilostazol)を含む抗血小板剤のうち、少なくとも一つ以上が含まれたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の血管用融合型ステント。
- 前記第2のワイヤは、第1の生分解性高分子からなる胴体部と、前記第1の生分解性高分子の組成と同一または異なる第2の生分解性高分子及び前記薬物が混合され、前記胴体部の外周面にコートされたコート層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の血管用融合型ステント。
