Abstract
Description
コアは、少なくとも1種の共役ジエン、少なくとも1種のビニル芳香族モノマー、及び任意に、少なくとも1種の非共役二重結合を有するジ−〜ポリエチレン性不飽和モノマーを重合することによって得られる。シェルは、少なくとも1種のビニル芳香族モノマー、少なくとも1種のアルキルメタアクリレート、及び任意に更なるアクリレート、及び/又は少なくとも1種の非共役二重結合を有するジ−〜ポリエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び/又は“更なるモノマー”を重合することによって得られる。従って、コアは、ポリオレフィンからなるべきであり、一方で、シェルはアクリレート成分を含む。
コアは、(それぞれ任意に)以下のもの:アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、少なくとも1種の非共役二重結合を有する、ジ−〜ポリエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び/又は“更なるモノマー”を有する少なくとも1種のビニル芳香族モノマーを重合することによって得られる。第1のシェルは、少なくとも1種の共役ジエン、少なくとも1種のビニル芳香族モノマー、及び任意に、少なくとも1種の非共役二重結合を有するジ−〜ポリエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び/又は“更なるモノマー”を重合することによって得られる。第2のシェルは、少なくとも1種のビニル芳香族モノマー、少なくとも1種のアルキルメタクリレート、及び任意に更なるアクリレート、及び/又は少なくとも1種の非共役二重結合を有するジ−〜ポリエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び/又は“更なるモノマー”を重合することによって得られる。
比較例1:
比較例:ビスマス錯体によるコーティング特性を検証するための水性組成物の製造
42.60質量部の40%カチオン性電着分散液(BASFコーティング社から市販されている製品、CathoGuard(R)520)を、49.94質量部のDI水と混合する。その後、6.12質量部の水性顔料組成物(BASFコーティング社の市販の製品である、CathoGuard(R)520顔料ペースト)を、1.34質量部の水性ビスマスL(+)−ラクテート溶液と共に、攪拌しながら加える。
実施例:顔料ペーストを改質し、ビスマス錯体、及びシリコーンコアを有するコア−シェル粒子によるコーティング特性を検証するための水性組成物の製造。
表面の質/欠陥
特にアルミニウム基板上に形成されるグレーコーティング中の欠陥を、試験によって可視化する。この試験において、コーティングされたパネル上に、黒色電着材料を更に塗布することを行い、規定したように焼成する。
Claims (15)
- 水、及び/又は有機液体の存在下で、固体粒子からなる少なくとも1種の顔料を、グラインド樹脂と混合することによる顔料ペーストの製造方法であって、
前記グラインド樹脂が、20℃で液体であるエポキシドプレポリマー中で、コア−シェル粒子の分散液を含み、又はそのような分散液で構成され、
前記コア−シェル粒子が、シリコーンコア、及びポリマーシェルを有することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 結果として生じる混合物を、均質化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記均質化する過程で、前記顔料の粒子を、予め選択した粒径に粉砕し、機械的エネルギーを加えることによって分散させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記コア−シェル粒子の前記ポリマーシェルが、ポリ(メタ)アクリレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 20℃で液体である前記エポキシドプレポリマーが、150〜300g/eqの範囲のエポキシ当量を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記コア−シェル粒子の分散液を、20℃で液体であるエポキシドプレポリマー中で、製造される顔料ペーストが前記グラインド樹脂の合計量に対して1〜6質量%のコア−シェル粒子を含むものとなる量で使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られることを特徴とする顔料ペースト。
- 電気泳動によって析出可能な樹脂系、及び請求項7に記載の顔料ペーストを含むことを特徴とする水性電着材料。
- 前記樹脂系が、エポキシド系モノマー、又はプレポリマー、及び少なくとも1種のエポキシド用の硬化剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の水性電着材料。
- ミニエマルションの状態であることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の水性電着材料。
- 全組成物に対して、かつ、Biとして計算して、少なくとも30ppm、好ましくは、少なくとも100ppm、より好ましくは、少なくとも200ppm、より特に、少なくとも250ppmの溶解した状態のビスマスを含むことを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の水性電着材料。
- 金属表面、より詳細には、アルミニウム表面を電気泳動電着するための請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の水性電着材料の使用方法。
- 請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の水性電着材料を使用することを特徴とする金属表面、より詳細には、アルミニウム表面を電気泳動電着する方法。
- 請求項9に記載の水性電着材料に、前記金属表面、より詳細にはアルミニウム表面を浸漬し、
第1段階において、1〜50Vの範囲の電圧を印加し、
第2段階において、50〜400Vの範囲の電圧であるが、第1段階における電圧よりも10V以上大きい電圧を印加し、
それぞれの段階において、少なくとも10秒間、それぞれ、記載した範囲内で電圧を一定に保つことによって、2段階で行うことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも一部に金属表面、より詳細には、アルミニウム表面を有する物品であって、
請求項13又は14に記載の方法によってコーティングされたことを特徴とする物品。
