Description
Claims (10)
- 中空繊維膜によって空気から窒素を分離するためのモジュールであって、前記モジュールは、外側ケーシング(2)内に含まれる圧縮空気から窒素を分離するための中空繊維膜の束(1)を備え、前記外側ケーシング(2)は、一端に加圧空気流のための少なくとも1つの入口孔(3)、透過気体を排出するための少なくとも1つの第2の中間孔(4)、および前記入口孔(3)に対して前記外側ケーシング(2)の反対端に配置される、空気システムで塗装するために使用される分離されている窒素を排出するための第3の孔(5)を備え、前記繊維の束(1)は前記入口孔(3)と前記束(1)の第1の端部(6)との間に含まれる自由空間(5)を形成し、
前記モジュールは、前記入口孔(3、20)と流通し、前記繊維の束(1)の前記第1の端部に直接進まない方向を有する流路(9)に沿って前記空間(5)内で圧縮空気の流れを偏向させるために配置される偏向器(8)を備えることを特徴とする、モジュール。 - 前記偏向器(8)は、前記入口孔(3)および前記入口孔(3)自体と流通する垂直放射状チャネル(11)が設けられている基部本体(10)を備える、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記基部本体は、フランジ(13)によって側方で境界を定められているディスク(12)状に成形され、前記チャネル(11)は、前記ディスクの上面(14)に対して下側にある円形区域の形態で設けられ、前記入口孔(3)と前記フランジ(13)に隣接する周辺円形チャネル(15)との間に広がる、請求項2に記載のモジュール。
- 前記区域は、前記基部本体(10)から取り外し可能である蓋(16)によって上部で閉鎖される、請求項3に記載のモジュール。
- 前記偏向器(8)は、ブラインド入口孔(20)と、前記ブラインド入口孔(20)自体および前記空間(5)と流通する放射状チャネル(19)とが設けられている、孔の開いた円筒形挿入物(18)を挿入できる基部本体(17)を備える、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記基部本体(17)は、フランジ(22)によって側方で境界を定められているディスク状に成形され、前記挿入物(18)は前記基部本体(17)に取り外し可能に固定される、請求項5に記載のモジュール。
- 前記偏向器は前記自由空間(5)と流通する検査孔(23)を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記孔(23)は前記束(1)に対して軸方向および/または半径方向に作製される、請求項7に記載のモジュール。
- 前記偏向器は、取り外し可能に前記ケーシング(2)に固定される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記ケーシング(2)は、前記繊維(1)の熱の消散を防ぎ、前記モジュールの外部の温度を均一にするために外側で断熱される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
