Abstract
Description
●混合物の10重量%から90重量%で存在する、ポリプロピレンからなる第1のポリマー、
●少なくとも1種類の不飽和モノマーの残基(X)及び複数のポリアミドグラフトを含有するポリオレフィン骨格からなる第2のポリマーであって、ポリアミドグラフトは、少なくとも1つのアミン末端及び/又は少なくとも1つのカルボン酸末端を有するポリアミドと縮合反応によって反応可能な官能基を含む不飽和モノマーの残基(X)によってポリオレフィン骨格に結合し、不飽和モノマーの残基(X)はグラフト化又は共重合によって骨格に結合し、この第2のポリマーは混合物の10重量%から90重量%で存在する、第2のポリマー、及び
●混合物の0.1%から20%の、官能化ポリオレフィンからなる第3のポリマー、ならびに
●任意選択的に、組成物の0%から30重量%の機能性補助剤、
からなり、
本組成物は、23℃において400MPa以上のヤング率を示す。
− 有利には、第2のポリマーにおいて、不飽和モノマー(X)は無水マレイン酸である、
− 本発明の特に有利な態様によれば、上述のグラフト化ポリマー、すなわち上述の第2のポリマーはナノ構造化されている、
− 好ましくは、第2のポリマーに関して、上述のグラフト化ポリマーの上述のポリアミドグラフトの数平均モル質量は、1000から10000g/モル、好ましくは1000から5000g/モルに及ぶ範囲内にある、
− 好ましくは、第2のポリマーに関連して、ポリアミドグラフトは、例えばモノNH26/11、及び/又は1種類の単官能性NH2ポリアミド6及び/又は1種類の単官能性NH2ポリアミド11など少なくとも1種類のコポリアミド、を含む、
− 第1のポリマーは、ポリプロピレンホモポリマー又は、異種又はランダムのポリプロピレンコポリマーから選択される、
− 有利には、上述の第1のポリマーは組成物の15重量%から40重量%で存在し、第2のポリマーは組成物の60重量%から85重量%で存在する、
− 有利には、上述の第1のポリマーは組成物の60重量%から90重量%で存在し、第2のポリマーは組成物の10重量%から40重量%で存在する、
− 機能性補助剤は、可塑剤、接着促進剤、UV安定剤及び/又はUV吸収剤、酸化防止剤、難燃剤、染料/光学的増白剤、顔料及び補強充填剤のうち1種類以上からなる。
− α−オレフィン、有利には3から30個の炭素原子を有するもの。このようなα−オレフィンの例は、リストのうちプロピレンをエチレンに置き換えることを除けば第2のポリマー(下に記載される)について挙げたものと同じである、
− ジエン。
− ポリプロピレン、
− 1%から20%のポリエチレンを追加的に含めることができる、当業者に周知のポリプロピレンとEPDM(エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー)又はEPR(エチレンプロピレンゴム)との混合物。
●すでに言及されたα−オレフィンのうちの1つであって、第1のα−オレフィンコモノマーとは異なるもの、
●例えば、1,4−ヘキサジエン、エチリデンノルボルネン又はブタジエンなどのジエン、
●アルキル(メタ)アクリレートという用語の下に統合される、例えば、アルキルアクリレート又はアルキルメタクリレートなどの不飽和カルボン酸のエステル。これらの(メタ)アクリレートのアルキル鎖は、最大30個の炭素原子を有しうる。アルキル鎖としては、メチル、エチル、プロピル、n−ブチル、sec−ブチル、イソブチル、tert−ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル、ヘプチル、オクチル、2−エチルヘキシル、ノニル、デシル、ウンデシル、ドデシル、トリデシル、テトラデシル、ペンタデシル、ヘキサデシル、ヘプタデシル、オクタデシル、ノナデシル、エイコシル、ヘンコシル、ドコシル、トリコシル、テトラコシル、ペンタコシル、ヘキサコシル、ヘプタコシル、オクタコシル又はノナコシルが挙げられうる。不飽和カルボン酸のエステルとしては、メチル、エチル及びブチル(メタ)アクリレートが選好される、
●カルボン酸のビニルエステル。カルボン酸のビニルエステルの例としては、酢酸ビニル、ビニルベルサテート(versatate)、プロピオン酸ビニル、酪酸ブチル又はビニルマレエートが挙げられうる。カルボン酸のビニルエステルとしては、酢酸ビニルが選好される。
●不飽和エポキシド。これらには、例えば脂肪族グリシジルエステル及びエーテルが含まれ、例えばアリルグリシジルエーテル、ビニルグリシジルエーテル、マレイン酸グリシジル、イタコン酸グリシジル、アクリル酸グリシジル及びメタクリル酸グリシジルなどである。これらはまた、例えば脂環式グリシジルエステル及びエーテルであり、例えば2−シクロヘキセン−1−イルグリシジルエーテル、グリシジルシクロヘキセン−4,5−ジカルボキシレート、グリシジルシクロヘキセン−4−カルボキシレート、グリシジル5−ノルボルネン−2−メチル−2−カルボキシレート及びジグリシジルエンド−シス−ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタ−5−エン−2,3−ジカルボキシレートなどである。好ましくは、不飽和エポキシドとしてはメタクリル酸グリシジルが使用される、
●不飽和カルボン酸及びそれらの塩、例えばアクリル酸又はメタクリル酸及びこれら酸の塩。
●カルボン酸無水物。これらは、例えば、無水マレイン酸、無水イタコン酸、無水シトラコン酸、無水アリルコハク酸、無水シクロヘキサ−4−エン−1,2−ジカルボン酸、無水4−メチレンシクロヘキサ−4−エン−1,2−ジカルボン酸、無水ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタ−5−エン−2,3−ジカルボン酸及び無水x−メチルビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタ−5−エン−2,2−ジカルボン酸から選択することができる。カルボン酸無水物として無水マレイン酸を使用することが好ましい。
●ラクタム、
●脂肪族α,ω−アミノカルボン酸、又は
●脂肪族ジアミンと脂肪族二酸。
●脂肪族ジアミンと芳香族二酸、例えばテレフタル酸(T)及びイソフタル酸(I)など。得られるポリアミドは、次に、「ポリフタルアミド」又はPPAとして一般に知られる;
●例えばキシレンジアミン、より具体的にはm−キシレンジアミン(MXD)などの芳香族ジアミンと、脂肪族二酸。
●少なくとも2種類のラクタム、
●少なくとも2種類の脂肪族α,ω−アミノカルボン酸、
●少なくとも1種類のラクタム及び少なくとも1種類の脂肪族α,ω−アミノカルボン酸、
●少なくとも2種類のジアミン及び少なくとも2種類の二酸、
●少なくとも1種類のラクタムと少なくとも1種類のジアミン、及び少なくとも1種類の二酸、
●少なくとも1種類の脂肪族α,ω−アミノカルボン酸と少なくとも1種類のジアミン、及び少なくとも1種類の二酸、
ジアミン及び二酸は、互いに独立して、脂肪族、脂環式又は芳香族であることが可能である。
式中、
●R1は、水素又は最大20個の炭素原子を含む、直鎖又は分岐鎖のアルキル基であり、
●R2は、最大20個の炭素原子を有する直鎖又は分岐鎖のアルキル又はアルケニル基、飽和又は不飽和脂環式ラジカル、芳香族ラジカル又は上記の組合せである。鎖制限剤は、例えばラウリルアミン又はオレイルアミンでありうる。
上述したように、本発明に従ったポリアミドグラフト化ポリオレフィンを得るために、ポリオレフィン骨格にポリアミドグラフトをグラフティングする技法は、特に、上述した文献である仏国特許発明第2912150号、同第2918150号又は欧州特許出願公開第2196489号から当業者に周知である。
Lotader(登録商標) 4210:Arkema社製造のエチレン、アクリル酸エチル(6.5重量%)及び無水マレイン酸(3.6重量%)のターポリマー。9g/10分のMFI(190℃、2.16kg下、ISO 1133に従って測定)を有する。
配合物は、Leistritz(登録商標)型の共回転二軸押出機(L/D=35)を使用して「混練」することによって調製された。押出機のバレル要素は240℃でのフラットプロファイルに従って加熱され;回転速度は、15kg/h(毎時キログラム)のスループットで300rpm(回転数/分)である。
これら3種類の試験は、主に組成物1から16について、上述の技術的な問題の考えられる解決法を試験するために行われたが、本発明に従った組成物が、さらに他の特に有利な特性も示すことは注目すべきことである。
組成物の試験片のヤング率を測定するため、規格NF EN ISO 527に従って引張試験を行う。
この試験は、ASTM規格E96−80に匹敵する、1999年のISO規格1663(例:NF T 56−105)に従い、水蒸気を使用して行われる。この方法は、検討対象の試験片における相対湿度含量を与える。
クリープ強度は、フィルムから切り取られたIFC型の試験片から決定される。2bar、すなわち0.2MPaの応力に応じた重量を試験片の一端に印加する。応力は、組成物に応じて、150℃、160℃又は170℃の温度で15分間、印加される。残留歪みは常温に戻してから測定される。
Claims (10)
- ポリマーの混合物からなる熱可塑性組成物であって、
●混合物の10重量%から90重量%で存在する、ポリプロピレンからなる第1のポリマー、
●少なくとも1種類の不飽和モノマーの残基(X)及び複数のポリアミドグラフトを含有するポリオレフィン骨格からなる第2のポリマーであって、ポリアミドグラフトは、少なくとも1つのアミン末端及び/又は少なくとも1つのカルボン酸末端を有するポリアミドと縮合反応によって反応可能な官能基を含む不飽和モノマーの残基(X)によってポリオレフィン骨格に結合し、不飽和モノマーの残基(X)はグラフト化又は共重合によって骨格に結合し、混合物の10重量%から90重量%で存在する、第2のポリマー、及び
●混合物の0.1%から20%で存在する、官能化ポリオレフィンからなる第3のポリマー、ならびに
●任意選択的に、組成物の0重量%から30重量%で存在する機能性補助剤と、からなり、
●組成物が23℃で400MPa以上のヤング率を示す、
熱可塑性組成物。 - 第2のポリマーにおいて、不飽和モノマー(X)が無水マレイン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記グラフト化ポリマー、すなわち前記第2のポリマーがナノ構造化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 第2のポリマーに関して、前記グラフト化ポリマーの前記ポリアミドグラフトの数平均モル質量が、1000から10000g/モル、好ましくは1000から5000g/モルに及ぶ範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 第2のポリマーに関して、ポリアミドグラフトが、少なくとも1種類のコポリアミド、例えば、モノNH26/11、及び/又は1種類の単官能性NH2ポリアミド6及び/又は1種類の単官能性NH2ポリアミド11を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 第1のポリマーが、ポリプロピレンホモポリマーもしくは異種又はランダムのポリプロピレンコポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1のポリマーが組成物の15重量%から40重量%で存在し、かつ、第2のポリマーが組成物の60重量%から85重量%で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1のポリマーが組成物の60重量%から90重量%で存在し、かつ、第2のポリマーが組成物の10重量%から40重量%で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 機能性補助剤が、可塑剤、接着促進剤、UV安定剤及び/又はUV吸収剤、酸化防止剤、難燃剤、染料/光沢剤、顔料及び補強充填剤のうち1種類以上からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 複数の隣接する層を含み、これらの層の少なくとも1層が、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物からなることを特徴とする、特に光起電モジュールのバック層又はケーブル被覆などの多層構造体。
