Claims (5)
- コイルを巻回するための胴部と、該胴部の軸方向の端部から半径方向外方向に延びる鍔部と、該鍔部の先端部において該胴部の軸方向と直交する方向に沿って延び、コイルと接続される複数の端子が設けられる端子台と、該胴部に巻回されるコイルとを備えた電磁誘導器であって、
前記複数の端子は、前記端子台の延びる方向に沿って並んで配置され、前記複数の端子のうちの少なくとも一部の複数の端子のそれぞれは、直角に折れ曲がったL字形状を成し、前記少なくとも一部の複数の端子のそれぞれの一端は、前記胴部が配置される側とは反対側の前記端子台の面から突出しており、
前記端子台には、前記少なくとも一部の複数の端子のうちの1組の隣接する2つの端子の間に、前記コイルの引出線を前記胴部から前記胴部の軸方向に前記端子台の外側に引き出すための配線溝が形成されており、
前記コイルの引出線は、前記配線溝内を通って前記胴部から前記胴部の軸方向に前記端子台の外側に引き出され、
前記引き出された引出線が通る前記配線溝を挟む前記隣接する2つの端子のそれぞれの前記一端は、前記引き出された引出線を両側から抱え込むように折り曲げられ、前記引き出された引出線と半田付けにより接続される、電磁誘導器。 - 前記隣接する2つの端子のそれぞれの前記一端の前記端子台から突出した長さは、前記隣接する2つの端子の間の長さの半分よりも長い、請求項1に記載の電磁誘導器。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の前記電磁誘導器を含む、基板実装用トランス。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の前記電磁誘導器を含む、基板実装用チョークコイル。
- コイルを巻回するための胴部と、該胴部の軸方向の端部から半径方向外方向に延びる鍔部と、該鍔部の先端部において該胴部の軸方向と直交する方向に沿って延び、コイルと接続される複数の端子が設けられる端子台とを備えるボビンにコイルを取り付けることにより製造する電磁誘導器の製造方法であって、
前記複数の端子は、前記端子台の延びる方向に沿って並んで配置され、前記複数の端子のうちの少なくとも一部の複数の端子のそれぞれは、直角に折れ曲がったL字形状を成し、前記少なくとも一部の複数の端子のそれぞれの一端は、前記胴部が配置される側とは反対側の前記端子台の面から突出しており、
前記端子台には、前記少なくとも一部の複数の端子のうちの1組の隣接する2つの端子の間に、前記コイルの引出線を前記胴部から前記胴部の軸方向に前記端子台の外側に引き出すための配線溝が形成されており、
前記胴部にコイルを巻回するステップと、
前記コイルの引出線を、前記配線溝内を通って前記胴部から前記胴部の軸方向に前記端子台の外側に引き出すステップと、
前記引き出された引出線が通る前記配線溝を挟む前記隣接する2つの端子のそれぞれの前記一端を、前記引き出された引出線を両側から抱え込むように折り曲げて、前記引き出された引出線と半田付けにより接続するステップと、
を有する、電磁誘導器の製造方法。
