Abstract
【解決手段】第1導体と、第2導体と、前記第1導体と前記第2導体の間に挟持される導電性の被挟持部材と、を備えた電気的接続構造であって、前記被挟持部材のうち前記第1導体および前記第2導体に挟持される被挟持領域に、前記第1導体および前記第2導体の少なくとも一方に向けて尖鋭形状に突出する突起が設けられており、前記被挟持部材は、前記第1導体および前記第2導体の一方に固定されている。

Description
上記技術を電池モジュールに適用した実施形態1を図1ないし図16によって説明する。本実施形態の電池モジュール10(蓄電モジュールの一例)は、例えば電気自動車やハイブリッド車の駆動源として使用されるものである。なお、以下においては、図1の下方を正面、上方を背面とし、右側を右、左側を左として説明する。また、図4の上側を上、下側を下とする。
次に、実施形態2を図17および図18によって説明する。なお、以下においては実施形態1と異なる構成についてのみ説明するものとし、実施形態1と同様の構成には20を足した符号を付すこととし、重複する説明を省略する。
本明細書に開示される技術は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。

Claims (5)
- 第1導体と、第2導体と、前記第1導体と前記第2導体の間に挟持される導電性の被挟持部材と、を備えた電気的接続構造であって、
前記被挟持部材のうち前記第1導体および前記第2導体に挟持される被挟持領域に、前記第1導体および前記第2導体の少なくとも一方に向けて尖鋭形状に突出する突起が設けられており、
前記被挟持部材は、前記第1導体および前記第2導体の一方に固定されている、電気的接続構造。 - 前記突起は前記被挟持部材の周縁部または開口縁部に設けられている請求項1に記載の電気的接続構造。
- 前記被挟持部材は前記第1導体および前記第2導体の一方に設けられた被係止部に係止する係止部を備えている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気的接続構造。
- 前記第1導体および前記第2導体の少なくとも一方がアルミニウム系金属製とされており、前記突起は前記アルミニウム系金属側に向けて突出している、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続構造。
- 前記第1導体および前記第2導体の一方が蓄電素子の電極端子であり、他方が、前記電極端子側に設けられた電極側締結部に締結部材を締結することで前記電極端子に接続されるバスバーである、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続構造。
