【解決手段】作動油の油温Toilが所定油温Tαの場合に、無段変速機16の変速比γを予め設定されている下限値γlowよりも大きい値に制御することで、クラッチ18のトルク容量Tcl(1軸換算値)が小さくなるため、駆動輪24のスリップが検出された際に、クラッチ18のトルク容量Tclを速やかに無段変速機16のベルトトルク容量Tcvtよりも小さくすることができる。結果として、スリップの検出後に駆動輪24側から過大なトルクが入力されても、クラッチ18が滑ることで無段変速機16のベルト滑りを抑制することができる。

- 動力源と、該動力源の動力が入力されるベルト式の無段変速機と、前記無段変速機と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路上に設けられているクラッチとを、備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記無段変速機および前記クラッチを制御するための作動油の油温が所定油温以下の場合、前記クラッチのトルク容量を、前記油温が前記所定油温よりも高いときに設定されるトルク容量よりも小さい値に制御するクラッチトルク制御部および、
前記作動油の油温が前記所定油温以下の場合、前記無段変速機の変速比を予め設定されている下限値以上の値に制御する無段変速制御部の、少なくとも一方を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記クラッチトルク制御部は、前記クラッチの指示油圧を、前記作動油の油温が所定油温よりも高いときに設定される指示油圧よりも低い値に設定することを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記作動油の油温が前記所定油温以下の場合、前記無段変速機のベルトトルク容量が、前記作動油の油温が前記所定油温よりも高い場合に比べて大きい値に制御されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記作動油の油温が前記所定油温以下の場合に設定される前記クラッチのトルク容量は、前記駆動輪のスリップの検出から予め設定されている基準応答時間内に、前記無段変速機のベルトトルク容量よりも小さくできる値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動輪のスリップが検出されると、前記無段変速機のベルトトルク容量が、前記クラッチのトルク容量よりも大きい値に引き上げられることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記クラッチのトルク容量が、前記作動油の油温が前記所定油温よりも高いときのトルク容量よりも小さい値に制御される間、前記動力源のトルクは、該トルクが前記クラッチに伝達された際に滑りが生じない範囲に制限されることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
