Claims (14)
- ブレーキディスクを間に挟んで軸方向に対向配置された一対のブレーキパッドと、
電動モータを駆動源とする回転軸の回転を筒状の外輪部材の直線運動に変換し、その外輪部材によって前記一方のブレーキパッドを前記ブレーキディスクに押し付ける直動機構と、
前記ブレーキディスクの外周一部を跨ぐ形状とされて、前記直動機構の構成部品を一括して収容する直動機構ハウジング部が一端部に設けられ、前記ブレーキディスクを挟んで前記一方のブレーキパッドと対向する他方のブレーキパッドを軸方向に支持する爪部が他端部に設けられたキャリパボディと、
前記直動機構ハウジング部の前記ブレーキディスクと対向する側の端部開口を閉塞する伸縮自在のブーツとを有してなり、
前記ブーツは、前記外輪部材の端部外周に一端部が連結され、他端部が前記外輪部材の一端部外周に嵌合される支持リングに連結され、前記支持リングが前記直動機構ハウジング部の開口端面に衝合されて機械的に締結された電動ブレーキ装置。 - 前記機械的な締結の手段が、ねじ止めによる請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記機械的な締結の手段が、ばねによる請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構ハウジング部が、前記キャリパボディに一体化された請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構ハウジング部が、前記キャリパボディと別体されて、そのキャリパボディの一端部に設けられたハウジング固定板に着脱自在に設けられた請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構ハウジング部のブレーキディスク側の開口端面と前記支持リングの衝合面間および直動機構ハウジング部のブレーキディスク側の端部内周と外輪部材のしゅう動面間がシールリングの組込みによりシールされた請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構ハウジング部のブレーキディスク側の開口端面と前記支持リングの衝合面における内周部にシール溝を設け、そのシール溝にシールリングを組み込んで、直動機構ハウジング部の開口端面と支持リングの衝合面間および直動機構ハウジング部と外輪部材のしゅう動面間を単一のシールリングでシールした請求項6に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記シール溝が直動機構ハウジング部と支持リングの双方に跨るように形成した請求項7に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記シール溝が直動機構ハウジング部と支持リングとの衝合面を共有した請求項7に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記シール溝が断面角形とされた請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記シール溝が断面三角形とされた請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記断面三角形のシール溝が、相反する方向に傾斜する二つの傾斜面で形成された請求項11に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記支持リングを回転対称の形状とした請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構が、前記回転軸と外輪部材の間に、回転軸との接触により自転しつつ公転する遊星ローラを組込み、その遊星ローラの外周に前記外輪部材の内周に形成された螺旋突条に係合する円周溝または螺旋溝が形成された遊星ローラ機構からなる請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
