Claims (14)
- 円筒状のハウジング内に外輪部材を組込み、その外輪部材の軸心上に電動モータによって回転駆動される回転軸を設け、その回転軸の外径面と前記外輪部材の内径面間に組み込まれた遊星ローラを前記回転軸を中心にして回転自在に支持されたキャリアによって回転自在に支持し、その遊星ローラの外径面には前記外輪部材の内径面に設けられた螺旋突条に噛合する螺旋溝または円周溝を形成し、前記回転軸の回転により、その回転軸との摩擦接触により遊星ローラを自転および公転させて外輪部材を軸方向に直線移動させ、その外輪部材から遊星ローラに負荷される押し込み方向への軸方向力を、その遊星ローラとキャリアのインナ側ディスクとの間に組み込まれたスラスト軸受で受けるようにした電動式直動アクチュエータにおいて、
前記遊星ローラとスラスト軸受間またはスラスト軸受とキャリアのインナ側ディスク間に調心座を設けたことを特徴とする電動式直動アクチュエータ。 - 前記調心座が、凸形球面と、その凸形球面を接触案内する凹面からなる請求項1に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記凹面が、前記凸形球面の曲率半径と同等以上の凹形球面からなる請求項2に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記凹面が、テーパ角が鈍角とされたテーパ面からなる請求項2に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記凸形球面と前記凹面の少なくとも一方に潤滑剤保持用の溝又は各々に独立してランダムに形成された無数の微小な凹形状の窪みを設けた請求項2乃至4のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記溝が、放射状溝または螺旋溝からなる請求項5に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記調心座が、遊星ローラとスラスト軸受間またはスラスト軸受とキャリアのインナ側ディスク間に組み込まれた一対の座板の対向面に形成された請求項1乃至6のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記調心座が、スラスト軸受の軌道輪と、その軌道輪とキャリアのインナ側ディスク間に組み込まれた座板の対向面に形成された請求項1乃至6のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記調心座が、キャリアのインナ側ディスクと、そのインナ側ディスクとスラスト軸受間に組み込まれた座板の対向面に形成された請求項1乃至6のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記調心座が、遊星ローラのインナ側端面と、その遊星ローラとスラスト軸受間に組み込まれた座板の対向面に形成された請求項1乃至6のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記凸形球面が形成された部材と凹面が形成された部材の少なくとも一方が、鉄鋼材料または焼結材料で形成された請求項2乃至10のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記凸形球面が形成された部材と凹面が形成された部材の少なくとも一方が、表面処理された請求項2乃至10のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記凸形球面が形成された部材と凹面が形成された部材の少なくとも一方が、鍛造または焼結により形成された請求項2乃至12のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 電動式直動アクチュエータによりブレーキパッドを直線駆動し、そのブレーキパッドでブレーキディスクを押圧して、そのブレーキディスクに制動力を付与するようにした電動式ディスクブレーキ装置において、
前記電動式直動アクチュエータが請求項1乃至13のいずれかの項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータからなることを特徴とする電動式ディスクブレーキ装置。
