Abstract
【解決手段】車体前後方向に延在する左右一対のサイドレール14と、車幅方向に延在してサイドレール14を連結する第1クロスメンバ26及び第2クロスメンバ28と、を有するフレーム骨格20と、閉断面形状に形成されて車幅方向に延在するフロントクロス部42及びリアクロス部44と閉断面形状に形成されて車体前後方向に延在するレフトサイドクロス部及びライトサイドクロス部とを有し、平面視で矩形枠状に構成されたボデー骨格40と、フレーム骨格20及びボデー骨格40で囲まれた空間内に配置されたバッテリ70と、を備えたフレーム車12の骨格構造10とする。

Claims (5)
- 車体前後方向に延在する左右一対のサイドレールと、車幅方向に延在し、前記サイドレールを連結する第1クロスメンバと、前記第1クロスメンバの車体後方側で車幅方向に延在し、前記サイドレールを連結する第2クロスメンバと、を有するフレーム骨格と、
閉断面形状に形成されて車幅方向に延在するフロントクロス部及びリアクロス部と、閉断面形状に形成されて車体前後方向に延在するレフトサイドクロス部及びライトサイドクロス部と、を有し、平面視で矩形枠状に構成されたボデー骨格と、
前記フレーム骨格及び前記ボデー骨格で囲まれた空間内に配置されたバッテリと、
を備えたフレーム車の骨格構造。 - 前記レフトサイドクロス部及び前記ライトサイドクロス部よりも車幅方向内側で、かつ前記フロントクロス部と前記リアクロス部との間が、車体前後方向に延在する左右一対のブレースによって連結されるとともに、前記ブレースに車体前後方向に延在する溝部が形成されている請求項1に記載のフレーム車の骨格構造。
- 前記ブレースに、シートを取り付けるためのシート取付部が設けられている請求項2に記載のフレーム車の骨格構造。
- 前記ブレースにおける前記溝部は、底面部と側面部とで形成されており、
前記側面部に、前記シート取付部の車体前後方向の位置を規制する位置規制部が形成されている請求項3に記載のフレーム車の骨格構造。 - 前記第1クロスメンバ及び前記第2クロスメンバの車体上方側にフロアパネルが配置されており、
前記フロントクロス部、前記リアクロス部、前記レフトサイドクロス部及び前記ライトサイドクロス部が、それぞれ前記フロアパネルに接合されることで閉断面形状に形成されている請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載のフレーム車の骨格構造。
