Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池システム10は、燃料電池スタック16とスタックケース18とを備える。スタックケース18は、第1エンドプレート24a及び第2エンドプレート24bと、前方サイドプレート72及び後方サイドプレート74と、上プレート76及び下プレート78とを備える。第1エンドプレート24aと前方サイドプレート72との合わせ面には、上下方向に延在するシール部材84が配置される。シール部材84の端部は、一部が合わせ面から上方に突出するT形端部84tを構成する。

Claims (3)
- 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電する発電セルを有し、複数の前記発電セルが積層された燃料電池スタックと、前記燃料電池スタックが収容されるスタックケースとを備える燃料電池システムであって、
前記スタックケースは、前記発電セルの積層方向両端に配置される一対のエンドプレート、前記発電セルの側面に沿って配置される一対のサイドプレート、前記発電セルの上方に配置される上プレート及び前記発電セルの下方に配置される下プレートにより構成されるとともに、
前記エンドプレートと前記サイドプレートとの合わせ面には、前記合わせ面に沿って上下方向に延在するシール部材が配置され、
前記シール部材の端部は、一部が前記上プレート又は前記下プレートの内面に向かって前記合わせ面から突出するとともに、該合わせ面に沿った断面がT形状であるT形端部を構成することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池システムであって、前記T形端部は、横方向の幅寸法と縦方向の幅寸法とが同一寸法に設定されることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
- 請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池システムであって、前記上プレート又は前記下プレートと前記一対のエンドプレート及び前記一対のサイドプレートとの間には、矩形のループ形状を有する矩形シール部材が介装されるとともに、
前記矩形シール部材は、前記シール部材の前記T形端部に重なり合っていることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
