Abstract
【解決手段】流体の圧力を調整する電磁弁の電磁ソレノイドは、外周を絶縁被膜により被覆された巻線部43及び中継線部42を有する被覆電線40と、巻線部43が複数層に巻回された胴体部52及び巻線部43のずれを規制する鍔部54を有するボビン50と、を有する。ボビン50は、鍔部54を横切って鍔部54にて内周側に凹むことで、中継線部42を胴体部52へ誘導する凹部であって、その凹底面56aが胴体底面52aより外周側に位置する誘導凹部56と、鍔部54と胴体部52との間に軸方向と交差して延伸することで凹底面56aと胴体底面52aとの間を接続し、誘導凹部56からの中継線部42を這わせることで巻線部43の最内周層に誘導する誘導延伸部58と、誘導延伸部58のうち、誘導延伸部58を這う中継線部42よりも胴体部52側から外周側に突出する突起60と、を有する。

電磁ソレノイドは、
電磁ソレノイドの外部に対して電気的に接続されるターミナル(32a)と、
外周を絶縁被膜により被覆された巻線部(43)と、絶縁被膜に対して導線が剥き出し状態でターミナルに接続された接続線部(41)と、外周を絶縁被膜により被覆され、巻線部と接続線部との間を中継する中継線部(42)と、を有する被覆電線(40)と、
巻線部が複数層に巻回された胴体部(52)と、胴体部の胴体底面(52a)から外周側に張り出して形成され、巻線部のずれを規制する鍔部(54)と、を有するボビン(50)と、を有し、
ボビンは、
鍔部を横切って鍔部にて内周側に凹むことで、中継線部を胴体部へ誘導する凹部であって、その凹底面(56a)が胴体底面より外周側に位置する誘導凹部(56)と、
鍔部と胴体部との間に軸方向(AD)と交差して延伸することで凹底面と胴体底面との間を接続し、誘導凹部からの中継線部を這わせることで巻線部の最内周層(43a)に誘導する誘導延伸部(58)と、
誘導延伸部のうち、誘導延伸部を這う中継線部よりも胴体部側から外周側に突出する突起(60)と、を有する。

Claims (7)
- 可動弁(10)と、電磁ソレノイド(20)とを備え、前記電磁ソレノイドが前記可動弁を駆動することにより、流体の圧力を調整する電磁弁であって、
前記電磁ソレノイドは、
前記電磁ソレノイドの外部に対して電気的に接続されるターミナル(32a)と、
外周を絶縁被膜により被覆された巻線部(43)と、前記絶縁被膜に対して導線が剥き出し状態で前記ターミナルに接続された接続線部(41)と、外周を前記絶縁被膜により被覆され、前記巻線部と前記接続線部との間を中継する中継線部(42)と、を有する被覆電線(40)と、
前記巻線部が複数層に巻回された胴体部(52)と、前記胴体部の胴体底面(52a)から外周側に張り出して形成され、前記巻線部のずれを規制する鍔部(54)と、を有するボビン(50)と、を有し、
前記ボビンは、
前記鍔部を横切って前記鍔部にて内周側に凹むことで、前記中継線部を前記胴体部へ誘導する凹部であって、その凹底面(56a)が前記胴体底面より外周側に位置する誘導凹部(56)と、
前記鍔部と前記胴体部との間に軸方向(AD)と交差して延伸することで前記凹底面と前記胴体底面との間を接続し、前記誘導凹部からの前記中継線部を這わせることで前記巻線部の最内周層(43a)に誘導する誘導延伸部(58)と、
前記誘導延伸部のうち、前記誘導延伸部を這う前記中継線部よりも前記胴体部側から外周側に突出する突起(60)と、を有する電磁弁。 - 前記突起は、前記凹底面から内周側の範囲内にて突出する請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記巻線部は、内周側から奇数番目の奇数層(43c)と、偶数番目の偶数層(43d)とにおいて、互いに前記被覆電線の中心を軸方向に半径分ずらして巻回されており、
前記奇数層及び前記偶数層のうち一方は、前記鍔部と軸方向に当接する当接層を構成し、前記奇数層及び前記偶数層の他方のうち最も外周側の層は、最外周層(43b)を構成し、
前記突起は、前記当接層のうち最も外周側の層(43f)に軸方向に相対する請求項1又は2に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記誘導延伸部は、径方向(DD)と交差しつつ、外周側から内周側に傾斜するスロープ面(58a)を有し、前記中継線部を前記スロープ面に沿って這わせている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記スロープ面の傾斜に対する法線方向(ND)において、前記スロープ面から前記突起の先端部までの寸法(LN)は、前記被覆電線の半径よりも大きい請求項4に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記突起は、先端部において、前記スロープ面の傾斜に合わせて傾斜する傾斜稜線部(60a)を有する請求項4又は5に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記突起は、胴体部側に凸状に湾曲する湾曲面部(60c)を有する請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
