Claims (10)
- ソレノイドに電源を供給するためのリード線コネクタにおいて、
前記ソレノイドの外部に突き出た絶縁ブロック;
前記絶縁ブロックの内部に設けられて、前記ソレノイドと電気的に連結された電源端子;
前記電源端子に連結されて前記絶縁ブロックの外部に延びたリード線;
前記リード線の少なくとも一部を被うワイヤチューブ;及び
前記リード線の端部に設けられたコネクタを含むリード線コネクタ。 - 前記リード線は、前記絶縁ブロックの外部でU字状にベンディングされて、
前記絶縁ブロックの外壁に付着及び固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリード線コネクタ。 - 前記リード線の挿入される挿入溝が前記絶縁ブロックの外壁に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリード線コネクタ。
- 前記ソレノイドの外壁と前記コネクタの外壁のうち、いずれか一方に係止片が形成されて、他方に係止溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のリード線コネクタ。
- 前記絶縁ブロックの外壁と前記コネクタの外壁のうち、いずれか一方に係止片が形成されて、他方に係止溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のリード線コネクタ。
- 前記ソレノイドの端部に結合されるキャップをさらに含み、
前記キャップの外壁と前記コネクタの外壁のうち、いずれか一方に係止片が形成されて、他方に係止溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のリード線コネクタ。 - 前記キャップには、前記リード線を巻くためのバンドが設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリード線コネクタ。
- 前記ワイヤチューブは編組チューブであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載のリード線コネクタ。
- 前記リード線が引き出される前記絶縁ブロックの一端にエポキシが塗布されたことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載のリード線コネクタ。
- 電源の印加有無によって作動するソレノイドを含むソレノイド弁において、
前記ソレノイドは、
外周面にコイルが巻かれた中空ボビン;
前記ボビンの両端のうち少なくとも一端に結合されて前記コイルで発生した磁気力を誘導する固定鉄芯;
前記ボビンの内部に移動可能に配設されて前記固定鉄芯によって誘導された磁気力によって移動する可動鉄芯;
前記ボビン、前記固定鉄芯、前記可動鉄芯を被う筺体;及び
請求項1によるリード線コネクタを含むソレノイド弁。
