Abstract
【効果】タイヤのインナーライナに共鳴音低減部材が一体に形成され、車の高速走行においてもタイヤから脱落されることを防ぐことができ、タイヤ内部での共振現象を減らすことで、タイヤ内部での共鳴を減少させ、車の走行時の騒音によって妨害されずに安全運転をすることができる。

Claims (7)
- タイヤのインナーライナに円周方向に沿って複数配置され、
上記インナーライナに突出して形成され、タイヤ内部での共鳴音の干渉を低減させる共鳴音低減部材;を含み、
上記共鳴音低減部材は、
上記インナーライナの円周方向に沿って不規則な配置間隔で形成されることを特徴とする共鳴音低減用空気入りタイヤ。 - 上記共鳴音低減部材は、
上記タイヤ内部を8分割して上記インナーライナに配置され、
上記分割された角度は41.5度〜48.5度に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共鳴音低減用空気入りタイヤ。 - 上記共鳴音低減部材は、
上記インナーライナの接触面から20mm以上突出して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共鳴音低減用空気入りタイヤ。 - 上記共鳴音低減部材は、
2mm以上の厚さに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共鳴音低減用空気入りタイヤ。 - 上記共鳴音低減部材は、
上記インナーライナと同じ材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共鳴音低減用空気入りタイヤ。 - 内周面に突出して形成されるゴムパスライン(Rubber pass line)を備えた複数のセグメントを互いに結合し、円筒状のトーラスドラム(Torus drum)を形成するトーラスドラム形成段階S100;
上記トーラスドラムをタイヤの内側に配置し、加硫を準備するタイヤ加硫準備段階S200;及び
上記タイヤを加硫し、上記ゴムパスラインにゴムを流入させ、インナーライナの外周面に共鳴音を低減する共鳴音低減部材を形成する共鳴音低減部材形成段階S300;を含み、
上記ゴムパスラインは、上記インナーライナの円周方向に沿って不規則な配置間隔で配置されることを特徴とする共鳴音低減用空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 上記共鳴音低減部材は、
上記インナーライナと同じ材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の共鳴音低減用空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
