Abstract
【解決手段】固定構造100は、支持板10と、支持板10の第一の面10aに配置され、支持板10側とは反対側の面に支持板10側とは反対側に突出する部品が設けられた基板20と、第一の端部31が第一の面10aから突出して基板20を貫通するとともに、第一の端部31とは反対側の第二の端部32が支持板10の第一の面10aとは反対側の第二の面10bから突出しないように支持板10に固定された雄ネジ30と、基板20から突出した雄ネジ30の第一の端部31と螺合する雌ネジ40と、を有する。

Claims (10)
- 支持板と、
前記支持板の第一の面に配置され、前記支持板側とは反対側の面に前記支持板側とは反対側に突出する部品が設けられた基板と、
第一の端部が前記第一の面から突出して前記基板を貫通するとともに、前記第一の端部とは反対側の第二の端部が前記支持板の前記第一の面とは反対側の第二の面から突出しないように前記支持板に固定された雄ネジと、
前記基板から突出した前記雄ネジの前記第一の端部と螺合する雌ネジと、
を有する固定構造。 - 前記第一の面には、前記基板を前記第一の面と平行な第一の方向にスライドさせることにより前記基板を嵌め込む爪部が設けられている
請求項1に記載の固定構造。 - 前記基板は、前記第一の方向に長い貫通孔を有し、
前記雄ネジの前記第一の端部は、前記貫通孔を通過して前記基板から突出する
請求項2に記載の固定構造。 - 前記爪部は、前記基板を前記第一の方向にスライドさせるスライド孔と、前記スライド孔内の前記基板と接触して前記第一の方向への前記基板の移動を止める受け部と、を有する
請求項3に記載の固定構造。 - 前記爪部は、前記雄ネジの前記第一の端部が配置された位置よりも前記第一の方向に離れた位置に配置されている
請求項4に記載の固定構造。 - 前記雌ネジは、前記基板の前記支持板側とは反対側の面に設けられた第一のアース部と電気的に接続されている
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の固定構造。 - 前記雄ネジの前記第二の端部は、前記第一の端部よりも太く、
前記雄ネジの前記第二の端部は、前記第一の面から前記基板側に突出し、前記基板の前記支持板側の面に設けられた第二のアース部と電気的に接続されている
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の固定構造。 - 前記雄ネジは、前記支持板の前記第二の面側から、前記支持板に設けられた貫通孔に圧入されている
請求項7に記載の固定構造。 - 前記支持板の前記第二の面に、前記基板と電気的に接続された電子デバイスが支持されている
請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の固定構造。 - 支持板に雄ネジを固定し、前記雄ネジの第一の端部を前記支持板の第一の面から突出させる第一のステップと、
前記支持板側とは反対側の面に前記支持板側とは反対側に突出する部品が設けられた基板を前記第一の面に配置し、前記雄ネジの前記第一の端部を前記基板に貫通させる第二のステップと、
前記基板から突出した前記雄ネジの前記第一の端部に雌ネジを螺合させる第三のステップと、
を有し、
前記第一のステップでは、前記雄ネジの前記第一の端部とは反対側の第二の端部が前記支持板の前記第一の面とは反対側の第二の面から突出しないように、前記雄ネジを前記支持板に固定する
