Abstract
【解決手段】スリーブ48bとギヤピース30bとが回転同期していない状態において、変速操作が行われ、スリーブ48bがギヤピース30bにはじかれた際には、摺動溝58外側に設けられた規制部材66と、摺動溝58外側に形成されたスリーブ48bの周縁部63bとが接触するため、スリーブ48bの摺動溝58がシフトフォーク35bと衝突することがなくなるため、摺動溝58が摩耗することが抑制される。

Claims (5)
- 運転者の変速操作に応じて長手方向に移動可能に支持されたシフトフォークシャフトと、該シフトフォークシャフトに連結されてシフトフォークシャフトの移動に連動して移動するシフトフォークと、該シフトフォークと嵌合する環状の摺動溝が外周面に形成されている円環状のスリーブと、変速操作に伴って該スリーブが移動した際に該スリーブの内周面に形成されている内周歯と噛み合う外周歯が形成されているギヤピースとを備える車両用手動変速機であって、
前記スリーブは、前記シフトフォークシャフトの長手方向からみたときに環状の面となる周縁部を有し、
前記シフトフォークシャフトまたは前記シフトフォークには、前記周縁部と当接することで前記スリーブが前記シフトフォークシャフトの長手方向に移動することを規制する規制部材が形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用手動変速機。 - 前記規制部材は、前記シフトフォークシャフトの長手方向において前記シフトフォークを挟んで対向する2つの突起から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用手動変速機。
- 前記規制部材は、前記シフトフォークシャフトの長手方向からみて、該シフトフォークシャフトと前記スリーブとの距離が最も近くなる位置であり、前記シフトフォークシャフトの長手方向において前記シフトフォークに隣接する位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用手動変速機。
- 前記シフトフォークシャフトは、プレス成型によって形成される板状の部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1の車両用手動変速機。
- 前記シフトフォークシャフトの長手方向において前記規制部材と前記スリーブとの間には、所定の隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1の車両用手動変速機。
