Claims (9)
- キャリア基板とフレキシブル基板を準備する基板準備段階;及び
前記キャリア基板を、搬送部を介して搬送し、該キャリア基板を回転ロールに巻かれて回転する前記フレキシブル基板と接合させる接合段階を含み
前記接合段階では、前記キャリア基板に前記フレキシブル基板の一方側の辺を接触させた後、前記キャリア基板上に前記フレキシブル基板を一方から他方への方向に漸進的に接合することを特徴とするフレキシブル基板接合方法。 - キャリア基板とフレキシブル基板を準備する基板準備段階;及び
前記キャリア基板と前記フレキシブル基板とを接合する接合段階を含み、
前記接合段階では、前記キャリア基板に前記フレキシブル基板の一方側の辺を接触させた後、前記フレキシブル基板の上方から、前記フレキシブル基板の一方から他方への方向に前記フレキシブル基板に空気を噴射しながら前記キャリア基板上に前記フレキシブル基板を一方から他方への方向に漸進的に接合することを特徴とするフレキシブル基板接合方法。 - 前記接合段階は、真空雰囲気で進行されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフレキシブル基板接合方法。
- 前記真空雰囲気は、1×10−3〜1×10−2torrの真空圧を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフレキシブル基板接合方法。
- 前記回転ロールは、胴体の外周面に沿って凹み部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル基板接合方法。
- 前記凹み部には、空気を噴射する複数の空気噴射口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフレキシブル基板接合方法。
- 前記凹み部は、前記回転ロールの中央部または両縁部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレキシブル基板接合方法。
- 前記回転ロールの凸部の幅は、前記フレキシブル基板の幅の1/5〜1/3倍であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレキシブル基板接合方法。
- 前記回転ロールには、前記回転ロールの外周面に静電気を発生させることができる静電気放電チャックが複数設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル基板接合方法。
