実施例1
Claims (12)
- 2−ピロリドンおよび炭素数5〜7のラクタムが重合された樹脂70重量%〜95重量%;及び
ナイロン6樹脂5重量%〜30重量%を含む
吸湿率及び収縮率が改善された繊維製造用のナイロンブレンド組成物。 - 前記2−ピロリドン及び炭素数5〜7のラクタムが重合された樹脂は、ナイロン4,6樹脂である請求項1に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善された繊維製造用のナイロンブレンド組成物。
- 前記2−ピロリドンまたは前記炭素数5〜7のラクタムは、バイオマスから得られるものである請求項1または請求項2に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善された繊維製造用のナイロンブレンド組成物。
- 前記2−ピロリドン及び炭素数5〜7のラクタムが重合された樹脂の重量平均分子量が50 kg/mol〜200 kg/molである請求項1または請求項2に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善された繊維製造用のナイロンブレンド組成物。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のナイロンブレンド組成物から製造される吸湿率及び収縮率が改善されたナイロン系繊維。
- 前記ナイロン系繊維の吸湿率が5%〜10%である請求項5に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善されたナイロン系繊維。
- 前記ナイロン系繊維の収縮率が10%〜40%である請求項5に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善されたナイロン系繊維。
- 前記ナイロン系繊維の強度が3g/d〜5g/dである請求項5に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善されたナイロン系繊維。
- 2−ピロリドンおよび炭素数5〜7のラクタムが重合された樹脂70重量%〜95重量%、及びナイロン6樹脂5重量%〜30重量%を溶融ブレンドした後、紡糸して製造されることを特徴とする
吸湿率及び収縮率が改善されたナイロン系繊維の製造方法。 - 前記2−ピロリドン及び炭素数5〜7のラクタムが重合された樹脂は、ナイロン4、6樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善されたナイロン系繊維の製造方法。
- 前記溶融ブレンドは230℃〜270℃で行われる、請求項9または請求項10に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善されたナイロン系繊維の製造方法。
- 前記紡糸段階は、140℃〜180℃で熱固定の過程を経ることを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の吸湿率及び収縮率が改善されたナイロン系繊維の製造方法。
