Claims (15)
- 車両の乗員を支持するように構成された調節可能な車両シートであって、
シートクッション部分と、
シートクッション部分に対して移動可能なバックレストを含むシートバック部分と、
前記シートクッション部分および前記バックレストに結合する輪郭結合部を含み、
前記輪郭結合部は前記バックレストに対して前記シートクッション部分が、前方/後方方向、垂直方向、および、回転方向の少なくとも一つの方向に移動すると前記バックレストに力を印加するように構成され、
前記バックレストは、前記バックレストに対する前記シートクッション部分の移動に応答して、バックレスト輪郭が前記輪郭結合部によって印加される力に基づいて変化するように構成され、
変更される前記バックレスト輪郭には、少なくとも垂直軸に対する前記バックレストの乗員側面の輪郭角度、前記乗員側面の標準位置に対する前記乗員側面の最大オフセット、および、前記乗員側面の輪郭先端垂直方向高さの一つが含まれる車両シート。 - 請求項1に記載の調節可能な車両シートにおいて、
前記バックレストは前記バックレスト輪郭を規定するフレキシブル支持構造を含み、
前記輪郭結合部は前記フレキシブル支持構造のボトム領域に、前記シートクッション部分の移動によって、前記フレキシブル支持構造の形状を変更し、前記バックレスト輪郭を変更するように取り付けられる車両シート。 - 請求項2に記載の調節可能な車両シートにおいて、
シートフレームをさらに含み、
前記フレキシブル支持構造の上側領域は上側アンカーを介して前記シートフレームに取り付けられ、前記上側アンカーは、前記上側領域と前記シートフレームとの間のアタッチメントの位置を変更し、前記シートクッション部分の移動とは独立して前記バックレスト輪郭を変更するように構成される車両シート。 - 請求項3に記載の調節可能シートにおいて、
前記乗員の特徴に基づいて、前記アタッチメントの位置を調節して、前記シートクッション部分の移動とは独立して前記バックレスト輪郭を変更するプロセッサをさらに含む調節可能シート。 - 請求項4に記載の調節可能な車両シートにおいて、
前記特徴は前記乗員の検出された身長、重量、および、現在の姿勢の少なくとも1つを含む車両シート。 - 請求項2に記載の調節可能な車両シートにおいて、
前記シートバック部分は、前記フレキシブル支持構造の上に位置し、移動可能であるトップ部分、および、前記フレキシブル支持構造に対して、前記トップ部分の高さおよび角度の少なくとも1つを調節可能に構成されるトップ部分接続メカニズムをさらに含む車両シート。 - 請求項6に記載の調節可能な車両シートにおいて、
前記トップ部分はフロントサイドおよびバックサイドを含み、少なくとも1つのストラップは前記フロントサイドと前記バックサイドを接続し、および、前記少なくとも1つのストラップは前記バックサイドの輪郭の変更に応答して、前記フロントサイドの輪郭を変更するように構成される車両シート。 - 請求項1に記載の調節可能シートにおいて、
前記シートバック部分に沿って延在するシートフレームをさらに含み、および、前記シートクッション部分の下の少なくとも二つのサポートロッドで延在し、前記バックレストおよび前記シートクッション部分は前記シートフレームに対して移動可能である車両シート。 - 請求項1に記載の調節可能な車両シートにおいて、
前記シートクッション部分の中または下のクッションレールをさらに含み、および、前記バックレストに対して前記シートクッション部分を、前方/後方方向、垂直方向、および、回転方向の少なくとも1つの方向に移動するように構成される車両シート。 - 請求項1に記載の調節可能シートにおいて、
前記輪郭結合部を前記車両の床に接続する衝撃吸収結合部をさらに含み、前記衝撃吸収結合部は、事故の発生時に、シートの衝撃を吸収し、および、前記輪郭結合部の下方に引っ張ることの少なくとも1つを実施するように構成される車両シート。 - 請求項1に記載の調節可能な車両シートにおいて、
前記シートバック部分は、前記乗員に対して横方向支持を提供するように構成される調節可能なボルスター領域をさらに含み、前記シートクッション部分およびシートバック部分の少なくとも1つの方向に対する前記ボルスター領域の角度位置は前記バックレスト輪郭に対して独立している車両シート。 - 請求項11に記載の調節可能な車両シートにおいて、
前記車両の動態的変動に基づいて、前記ボルスター領域の弾性を調節するプロセッサをさらに含む車両シート。 - 車両の乗員を支持するように構成される車両シートを調節する工程の方法は、
シートバック部分のバックレストに対してシートクッション部分を前方/後方方向、垂直方向、および、回転方向の少なくとも一つの方向に移動させる工程と、
前記シートクッション部分の移動に応答して前記バックレストに力を印加する工程と、
前記バックレストに印加される前記力に基づいて前記バックレストのバックレスト輪郭を変更する工程を含み、
変更される前記バックレスト輪郭には、少なくとも垂直軸に対するバックレストの乗員側面の輪郭角度、前記乗員側面の標準位置に対する前記乗員側面の最大オフセット、および、前記乗員側面の輪郭先端垂直方向高さの一つが含まれる方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、
前記バックレストの上側領域のアタッチメントポイントの位置は適切な位置に固定され、および、前記力は前記バックレストのボトム領域に印加され、前記バックレスト輪郭を変更する方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法において、
前記乗員の特徴に基づいて、前記上側領域の前記アタッチメントポイントの位置を調節し、前記シートクッション部分の移動とは独立して前記バックレスト輪郭を変更する工程をさらに含む方法。
