に従って算定され、上記式において、MGは前記装置内に含まれる粒状体の質量[g]を表し、Wは前記粒状体により全体的に吸収可能な流体量を表し、WAは粒状体1グラム当たりの吸収可能な流体量を表す。
VG/W=1/(WA/SG)
に従って算定される場合であり、上記式において、VGは前記粒状体の体積[cm3]を表し、Wは前記粒状体により全体的に吸収可能な流体量[g]を表し、WAは粒状体1グラム当たりの吸収可能な流体量を表し、SGはかさ密度[g/cm3]を表す。

Claims (13)
- 流体入口(6)と流体出口(7)とを備えた装置であって、前記流体入口(6)と前記流体出口(7)とを介して冷媒回路に流体連通されていて、冷媒からある一定の流体量を吸収可能な粒状体を有する装置において、
前記装置内に含まれる粒状体の量が次式、すなわち、
MG=W/WA
に従って算定され、上記式において、MGが前記装置内に含まれる粒状体の質量[g]を表し、Wが前記粒状体により全体的に吸収可能な流体量[g]を表し、WAが粒状体1グラム当たりの吸収可能な流体量を表すことを特徴とする装置。 - 粒状体1グラム当たりの吸収可能な流体量WAが0.1〜0.4の範囲、好ましくは0.2〜0.3の範囲、さらに好ましくは0.23〜0.25の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記粒状体により全体的に吸収可能な流体量に対する前記装置内に含まれる前記粒状体の体積が次式、すなわち、
VG/W=1/(WA/SG)
に従って算定され、上記式において、VGが前記粒状体の体積[cm3]を表し、Wが前記粒状体により全体的に吸収可能な流体量[g]を表し、WAが粒状体1グラム当たりの吸収可能な流体量を表し、SGがかさ密度[g/cm3]を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記粒状体により全体的に吸収可能な流体量に対する前記装置(1)内に含まれる粒状体の体積が、4.4cm3/g〜7cm3/gの範囲内であり、その際好ましくは4.7cm3/g〜6.2cm3/gの範囲内、さらに好ましくは約6cm3/gであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記粒状体により吸収される流体が水であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が収集器(4)を有し、前記装置において、主に液状である冷媒から主に液状である過冷却された冷媒への移行が行われる領域(8)に前記収集器(4)が配置されていて、前記収集器(4)が前記粒状体を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記粒状体が収容構造体によって前記装置内および/または前記収集器内に保持され、前記収容構造体が前記粒状体の流出を防止することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記粒状体が結合剤を含まない構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置および/または前記収集器(4)が前記冷媒を濾過するための手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置内および/または前記収集器(4)内に含まれる前記粒状体が、フォージャサイト構造を有する、結合剤を含まないゼオライト粒状体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が凝縮器(1)であること、特に自動車の冷媒回路において冷媒を凝縮するための凝縮器であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置がアキュムレータ(1)であること、特に自動車の冷媒回路において冷媒を蓄えるためのアキュムレータであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が複数の集合体から成る組み合わせユニットであること、例えば特にアキュムレータを有する凝縮器であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
