Abstract
Description
(1)アクリルフォーム層の製造
2‐エチルヘキシルアクリレート87.5重量部と、極性モノマーとしてアクリル酸12.5重量部を、1リットルのガラス反応器で熱重合させて、粘度4500cPのアクリル高分子を得た。
2‐エチルヘキシルアクリレート100重量部に対して、極性モノマーとしてアクリル酸10重量部を、1リットルのガラス反応器で溶液重合させて、重量平均分子量が約150万、固形分の含有量が21重量%であるシロップを製造した。製造されたシロップ100重量部に対して、アジリジン系硬化剤0.01重量部を入れて十分に攪拌した後、シリコン離型ポリエステル(PET)フィルムにコーティングを行った後、100℃のオーブンで3分間乾燥させて50μm厚さのアクリル粘着層を製造した。そして、50℃のオーブンで48時間エージング(Aging)を実施した。
前記製造された粘着層をコロナ処理器を用いて、電流6A、2M/minの条件でそれぞれコロナを処理した後、前記製造されたアクリルフォーム層の片面にはアクリル粘着層を積層した。すなわち、アクリルフォーム層の片面に粘着層が積層されるようにした。
実施例1と同じ方法でアクリルフォーム層を、実施例1の全体アクリルフォームテープと同じ厚さ0.6mmに作製して、粘着層を別に形成していないアクリルフォーム粘着テープを製造した。
下記のように製造されたアクリルフォーム層からなる0.6mmのアクリルフォーム粘着テープを製造した。

2‐エチルヘキシルアクリレート100重量部に対して、極性モノマーとしてアクリル酸10重量部を、1リットルのガラス反応器で溶液重合させて、重量平均分子量が約150万、固形分の含有量が21重量%であるシロップを製造した。製造されたシロップ100重量部に対して、アジリジン系硬化剤0.01重量部を入れて十分に攪拌した後、シリコン離型ポリエステル(PET)フィルムにコーティングをした後、100℃のオーブンで3分間乾燥させて50μm厚さのアクリル粘着層を製造した。そして、50℃のオーブンで48時間エージング(Aging)を実施した。
前記製造された粘着層を、コロナ処理器を用いて、電流6A、2M/minの条件でそれぞれコロナを処理した後、前記製造されたアクリルフォーム層の片面にはアクリル粘着層を積層した。すなわち、アクリルフォーム層の片面に粘着層が積層されるようにした。
(実験例1:アクリルフォーム層のせん断強度の測定)
実施例1および比較例1〜3のアクリルフォーム粘着テープに対して、実施例1および比較例3の場合、アクリルフォーム層がガラスパネルに接し、粘着層がCFRP素材のバックカバーに接するように積層し、比較例1〜2の場合、両面に一つずつガラスパネルとCFRP素材のバックカバーに接するように積層して付着した後、6kg荷重で30秒間加圧した後、15分間エージング(aging)して付着されるようにした。そして、ASTM D 1002に準じ、万能試験機(UTM、universal testing machine)を用いて、25℃で基材の両側を12.7mM/minの速度(cross head speed)で引っ張り、動的せん断強度を測定した。
実施例1および比較例1〜3のアクリルフォーム粘着テープに対して、実施例1および比較例3の場合、アクリルフォーム層がガラスパネルに接し、粘着層がCFRP素材のバックカバーに接するように積層し、比較例1〜2の場合、両面に一つずつガラスパネルとCFRP素材のバックカバーに接するように積層して付着した後、それぞれの面に対して万能試験機(UTM、universal testing machine)を使用してASTM D 3330に準じて剥離強度の測定を実施し、その結果を下記表1に記載した。剥離強度測定の際に評価速度は300mM/minであった。
実施例1および比較例1〜3のアクリルフォーム粘着テープに対して、実施例1および比較例3の場合、アクリルフォーム層がガラスパネルに接し、粘着層がCFRP素材のバックカバーに接するように積層し、比較例1〜2の場合、両面に一つずつガラスパネルとCFRP素材のバックカバーに接するように積層して付着してフラットパネルディスプレイパネルを製造した後、60℃、90%相対湿度のチャンバに入れた後、240時間後にガラスパネル/アクリルフォーム粘着テープ/バックカバーの端部で脱着が行われたか否かを肉眼で評価し、下記の表1に記載した。
Claims (18)
- アクリル系フォーム層形成用組成物を硬化させて形成されたアクリルフォーム層と、
前記アクリルフォーム層の片面に接する粘着層と、を含み、
前記アクリルフォーム層のせん断強度は5kg/cm2〜15kg/cm2である、アクリルフォーム粘着テープ。 - 前記アクリルフォーム粘着テープの片面に一つの粘着層のみを形成している、 請求項1に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記アクリル系フォーム層形成用組成物は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマー、極性官能基含有モノマーおよび光架橋剤を含む組成物であるか、または熱重合、光重合、または光重合と熱重合のデュアル重合により重合された前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマー、前記極性官能基含有モノマーおよび前記光架橋剤の重合物を含む、請求項1に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマー、極性官能基含有モノマーの重量比が90:10〜70:30である、請求項3に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマーは、ブチルアクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、ヘキシルアクリレート、ヘキシルメタクリレート、n‐オクチルアクリレート、n‐オクチルメタクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、イソオクチルメタクリレート、2‐エチルヘキシルアクリレート、2‐エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、イソノニルアクリレート、イソノニルメタクリレート、アクリルアミド、アクリロニトリルおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つを含む、請求項3に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記極性官能基含有モノマーは、ヒドロキシ基含有モノマー、カルボキシル基含有モノマー、窒素含有モノマーおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つを含む、請求項3に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記光架橋剤は、多官能性ジアクリレート系架橋剤である、請求項3に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記光架橋剤の含有量が、前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマーおよび前記極性官能基含有モノマーの合計100重量部に対して0.05〜5重量部である、請求項3に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記アクリル系フォーム層形成用組成物が、高分子微小中空球をさらに含んで硬化の際に硬化と同時にフォームを形成して前記アクリルフォーム層を形成している、請求項3に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記高分子微小中空球は、高分子シェル内に常温で気体状で存在するガスが充填された粒子である、請求項9に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記高分子微小中空球のシェルは、アクリル系、塩化ビニリデン系、スチレン系およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの高分子を含む、請求項9に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記アクリルフォーム層の厚さは50μm〜2mmである、請求項1に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着層は、アクリル系樹脂を含むアクリル系粘着組成物を硬化させて形成されている、請求項1に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着層の厚さは30μm〜80μmである、請求項1に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着層と前記アクリルフォーム層の界面の接着力を向上させるためにプライマー層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着層と前記アクリルフォーム層の界面の接着力を向上させるために前記粘着層は、コロナ処理またはプラズマ処理が施されたものである、請求項1に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープ。
- ガラスパネル、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載のアクリルフォーム粘着テープおよびバックカバー(back cover)が順に付着されて形成され、前記アクリルフォーム粘着テープの前記アクリルフォーム層がガラスパネルに接し、前記アクリルフォーム粘着テープの粘着層が前記バックカバーに接するように介在されている、フラットパネルディスプレイ。
- 前記バックカバーの素材は、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)またはガラス繊維強化プラスチック(GFRP)である、請求項17に記載のフラットパネルディスプレイ。
