Abstract
Description
本願は、出典明示によりその全体が本明細書に取り込まれる2013年5月15日出願のGB1308770.5の優先権の利益を請求するものである。
第四級陽イオン界面活性剤を製剤中に含むことによって抗菌性金属イオンの有効性を高めることが知られている。WO2012/136968は、抗菌性金属イオンおよび第四級陽イオン界面活性剤の供給源を含む、皮膚および創傷における使用に適する抗菌組成物を開示している。
本発明による銀を含有する創傷被覆材の抗張力における含水率の効果。
包装された環境で前処理することなく試験した;
0湿度:シリカゲル乾燥剤の上に3つの穴の開いたパースペクスシェルフの備わった四角形デシケーター中で保存し、最低5日間条件付けし;
続いて、湿度制御室(Source Bioscience Ltd.)中で最低6日間保存した:
25+2℃/60+5%RH
30+2℃/65%+5RH
40+2℃/75%+5RH。
試料のLODは、Ohaus水分計MB23を用いて取扱説明書に従って操作して測定した。1グラム以上の試料質量を用いた。試料を計量パン内に合わせて切断し、発熱体からの適当な間隔を確保した。標準化された方法を110℃の最大温度限界で用いた。終点は、試料質量が減少しなくなり、安定した場合に機械的に決定した。これらの条件下で繊維は焦げなかった。典型的に、試料を10分間隔でかけた。
試料は、Hampden Soft Materials Thickness Gauge,Model FMTml−4D,S/N 14082を用いて試験した。繊維の厚さ(ロフトとも呼ばれることがある)を1つのバッチにつき6つの被覆材について測定した。
2.5cmx7.5cmの長方形短冊片は、リボン切断ダイスおよびプレスを用いて長さ(機械方向)に沿って横幅(横断方向)に切断した。試料を表に記載されるような条件とした。50mmの試験の長さを1分あたり100mmの一定の分離速度で広げた場合、ピーク力およびその力が起こす伸展を記録した。

Claims (14)
- 抗菌性金属イオンおよび第四級陽イオン界面活性剤の供給源を含む抗菌組成物で処理した修飾セルロース系繊維を含む、包装された創傷被覆材であって、10重量%〜20重量%の含水率を有する創傷被覆材。
- 前記包装が、前記被覆材の含水率を使用時まで10%〜20%の範囲に保持するものである、請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記抗菌性金属イオンが、遷移金属、特に、銀、鉄、ニッケル、銅、クロム、マンガン、金、ガリウム、水銀、鉛、アルミニウム、鉛、亜鉛、ビスマス、スズ、およびパラジウムの群またはこれらの組み合わせから選択されるものである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記金属イオンが、銀イオンである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記金属イオンが、0.01重量%〜10重量%、より好ましくは、0.1重量%〜5重量%、さらにより好ましくは、0.5重量%〜1.5重量%のレベルで被覆材中に含まれるものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記第四級陽イオン界面活性剤が、第四級アンモニウム界面活性剤である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記陽イオン界面活性剤が、ベンゼトニウム、ベンザルコニウム、ジメチルジアルキロニウム、アルキルピリジニウムまたはアルキルトリメチルアンモニウムである陽イオンの塩の群から選択されるものである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 二、三または四塩基性塩として存在するEDTAのようなキレート剤をさらに含むものである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記金属キレート剤が、0.1重量%〜4重量%、より好ましくは、2重量%以下、より好ましくは、0.2〜1重量%のレベルで被覆材中に存在するものである、請求項8に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記含水率が、11重量%〜18重量%である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記含水率が、11.5重量%〜15重量%である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記含水率が、11.5重量%〜13重量%である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材を供することを含む、創傷被覆材のなじみ性を保持するための方法。
