吸気口が形成されたブロワーケーシングa105の吐出口104に隣接したベーン密着収納部107の外上側面と、吐出口104の上側方の固定縁104aの後側隣接面に、それぞれダンパーモータ螺子固定部105aが一体で隆設され、
ブロワーケーシングa105のダンパーモータ螺子固定部105aと隣接したベーン密着収納部の外上側に一体形成されたダンパーモータ軸孔融設部105b’の吸気口103側の外側ケーシングにダンパーモータ軸孔105bが穿孔され、

- 円心側面部に設けられた吸気口103内の軸心部に、ブロワーファン101が内蔵され、固定縁104aを有する吐出口104が形成されたブロワー100において、
前記ブロワー100は、吸気口103が形成されたブロワーケーシングa105と吸気口対向側のブロワーケーシングb106との外縁部を、複数個のケーシング組立突片108a、108b、108c、108d、108eで組み立て、
組み立てられたブロワー100の吐出口104の下方中間には、ベーンストッパー突段104bが形成され、上方には、吐出口の規格で、ベーン密着収納部107がそれぞれ形成され、
吸気口が形成されたブロワーケーシングa105の吐出口104に隣接したベーン密着収納部107の外上側面と、吐出口104の上側方の固定縁104aの後側隣接面に、それぞれダンパーモータ螺子固定部105aが一体で隆設され、
ブロワーケーシングa105のダンパーモータ螺子固定部105aと隣接したベーン密着収納部の外上側に一体形成されたダンパーモータ軸孔融設部105b’の吸気口103側の外側ケーシングにダンパーモータ軸孔105bが穿孔され、
前記ブロワーケーシングa105のダンパーモータ軸孔融設部105b’と当接するブロワーケーシングb106のダンパーモータ軸孔融設部105b”の内側面には、ベーン回転軸106aが突設され、
前記ブロワーケーシングa105のダンパーモータ軸孔105bには、ダンパーモータ201の偏心したダンパーモータ軸201aが導入され、ダンパーモータ軸孔105bに当接するダンパーモータ固定ブラケット201bがピース組み立てられ、
前記吐出口104内には、ダンパーモータ軸201aとダンパーモータ軸孔融設部105b”の内側面のベーン回転軸106aに組み立てられ、吐出口104を1つの部材で開閉する板材状のフッ素樹脂で形成したベーン202Bが組み立てられるが、ベーン202Bの四方縁には、2次加工で、ゴム材のガスケット202Aが一体で組み立てられたベーンモジュール202が組立設置されることを特徴とする、気密性の向上したダンパー一体型のブロワー装置。 - ベーン202Bは、上側縁の両端のみをロッド形成した一端には、四角キーホール202aが、他端には、回転軸孔202bがそれぞれ形成され、複数個のガスケット組立突部202eが突出した連続したラウンド状のガスケット組立部202dの四方縁の内側には、ガスケット組立部202dよりも段差の高いベーン突部202cの四方縁に、2次加工でガスケット202Aが組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密性の向上したダンパー一体型のブロワー装置。
- ガスケット202Aは、ベーン202Bの四方縁に形成されたガスケット組立部202dに設けられたガスケット組立突部202eに結合するガスケット組立孔202hが形成されたポケット状のガスケット圧着部202fが四方縁に形成され、ガスケット圧着部202fの四方外縁には、シート状の防風カラー202gが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密性の向上したダンパー一体型のブロワー装置。
