Claims (4)
- 給気用モータを備えた給気用送風機と、
排気用モータを備えた排気用送風機と、
前記給気用送風機により屋外から室内に送風される給気送風経路と、
前記排気用送風機により室内から室外に送風される排気送風経路と、
前記給気送風経路と前記排気送風経路とが交差する位置に、室内の空気と屋外の空気を換気する際に熱交換するための熱交換素子とを備えた熱交換形換気装置において、
前記給気送風経路の給気入口側に設けられた給気ダンパと、前記排気送風経路の排気出口側に設けられた排気ダンパと、前記給気送風経路と前記排気送風経路とを隔てる境界部分に設けられた開口部と、前記開口部に設けられた循環ダンパとを有し、
前記排気送風経路において前記排気用送風機は前記熱交換素子よりも下流側に設けられ、
前記開口部は前記排気用送風機の羽根車より下流であって、前記排気用送風機のファンケーシングに設けられたことを特徴とする熱交換形換気装置。 - 前記給気ダンパと前記排気ダンパを閉じ、前記循環ダンパを開くことで、前記給気送風経路と前記排気送風経路を一つとした循環送風経路を形成し、前記熱交換素子を前記循環送風経路に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換形換気装置。
- 前記給気ダンパ、前記排気ダンパおよび前記循環ダンパの開閉は、制御部により制御され、前記制御部は、前記給気送風経路の給気入口側の温度が所定の温度まで低下した場合に、前記給気ダンパおよび前記排気ダンパを閉じるのと同時に、前記循環ダンパを開くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換形換気装置。
- 前記循環ダンパの前記開口部の中心は前記排気用モータの回転軸よりも低い位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換形換気装置。
