其中,所述鼓风装置100中,形成有吸气口103的鼓风装置壳体a105的外延部和位于与吸气口相对侧的鼓风装置壳体b106的外延部通过多个壳体装配突片105a、105b、105c、105d、105e进行装配。
装配后的鼓风装置100的排出口104的下方中间形成有叶片卡止台104b,且在排出口104的上方各自形成有排出口规格的叶片紧贴容纳部107。
形成有吸气口的鼓风装置壳体a105的排出口104邻接有叶片紧贴容纳部107,该叶片紧贴容纳部107的外部上表面和排出口104的上侧固定边框104a的后侧邻接面上分别一体熔接有风门电机螺丝固定部105a。
在与鼓风装置壳体a105的风门电机螺丝固定部105a邻接的叶片紧贴容纳部的外部上侧一体形成有风门电机轴孔熔接固定部105b’,该风门电机轴孔熔接固定部105b’的吸气口103侧的外侧壳体上穿孔有风门电机轴孔105b。
所述鼓风装置壳体a105的风门电机轴孔熔接固定部105b’上对接有鼓风装置壳体b106的风门电机轴孔熔接固定部105b”,该风门电机轴孔熔接固定部105b”的内表面上突出设置有叶片旋转轴106a。
所述鼓风装置壳体a105的风门电机轴孔105b内插入有风门电机201的偏心化的风门电机轴201a,从而将对接在风门电机轴孔105b上的风门电机固定支架201b进行连接件装配。
在所述排出口104的内部装配有叶片模块202,该叶片模块202包括叶片202B和垫圈202A,叶片202B装配于风门电机轴201a和风门电机轴孔熔接固定部105b”的内表面上的叶片旋转轴106a,所述叶片202B为板状且由氟树脂制成,从而通过一个构件开闭排出口104,垫圈202A为橡胶材料且通过在叶片202B的四周边框上进行二次加工而与叶片202B一体装配而成。
所述叶片202B仅在上侧边框的两端形成有杆(rod),上侧边框的第一端和第二端上各自形成有四角锁孔202a和旋转轴孔202b,所述叶片202B上的形成为连续的环形的垫圈装配部202d突出有多个垫圈装配突部202e,所述垫圈装配部202d的四周边框内侧具有厚度大于垫圈装配部202d厚度的叶片突部202c,该叶片突部202c的四周边框上通过二次加工装配有垫圈202A。
垫圈202A的四周边框上形成有袋型的垫圈压缩部202f,该垫圈压缩部202f上形成有垫圈装配孔202h,该垫圈装配孔202h与布置在形成于叶片202B的四周边框上的垫圈装配部202d的垫圈装配突部202e连接,垫圈压缩部202f的四周外缘上形成有片状的挡风边202g。
参照图5中所示的作为本发明的参考图而示出的送风停止时风门的阻断状态和送风运转时风门打开状态的局部参考剖视图,针对根据如上构成的本发明的风门鼓风装置的气密性增强作用进行如下说明。
在根据本发明的鼓风装置100的排出口104的内部,板状的叶片模块202装配于风门电机轴201a和风门电机轴孔熔接固定部105b”的内表面上的叶片旋转轴106a上而能够通过一个构件开闭排出口104,在鼓风装置风扇停止而停止送风时,风门电机201被启动,风门电机轴201a沿附图中的左侧方向转动,从而通过装配在叶片旋转轴106a和四角锁孔202a内的风门电机轴201a,使得叶片202沿逆时针方向旋转90°而紧贴在形成于排出口104底板下端部上的叶片卡止台104b上,通过在四周边框上形成有柔软的橡胶材料的挡风边202g的垫圈202A,外部空气不会从叶片202B的四周边框流入到排出口104的内部,因此大大提高气密性。
作为参考,用于开闭叶片模块202的风门电机201为小型步进电机,在主电源开启的状态下,风门不会因排出口开放的状态中的鼓风装置风扇的风压、或者排出口关闭状态中的外部的物理按压或外风而被打开,而是会维持在锁定状态。
此外,鼓风装置风扇101被驱动而进行送风时,使排出口104关闭的叶片模块202随着风门电机201的逆旋转启动而沿顺时针方向旋转90°,使得叶片模块202紧贴于设置在排出口104上侧的叶片紧贴容纳部107内侧,从而不会妨碍向排出口104排出的气流,这与以往的在排出口重叠装配多个叶片的设置方式相比,解决了因叶片使风压降低且产生噪音的现象。
这种气密性增强的风门一体型鼓风装置由于在排出口的内部一体地附加设置叶片模块,因此与以往的在吸入外部空气或排出室内空气的鼓风装置壳体上设置单独的风门相比,更加紧凑。
另外,根据本发明的变形实施方式,在根据本发明的鼓风装置100的鼓风装置壳体a105和鼓风装置壳体b106为一体,并且吸气口侧壳体和其相对侧壳体相分离的方式的鼓风装置中也是如此,能够同样地适用叶片模块202,从而起到相同效果。
特别地,与以往的通过插入设置在壳体外侧的旋转臂或者连杆销轴、连接有连杆销孔的连杆而进行联动装配的开闭方式相比,在外部除了风门电机201没有设置其他构件,从而非常简单,因此更加提高了应用于设置空间狭窄的窗户或者窗框用电热交换通风装置等中的可利用性。
此外,本发明应用于保存室内空气的热能的同时将室内空气换气成新鲜的室外空气的各种换风装置时,使得其部件进一步减少而能够节省制造成本,本发明具有可用性。

Claims (3)

1.一种气密性增强的风门一体型鼓风装置,其特征在于,在鼓风装置(100)中,在设置于所述鼓风装置(100)的圆心侧面部的吸气口(103)内的轴心部上内置有鼓风装置风扇(101),并且所述鼓风装置(100)上形成有具有固定边框(104a)的排出口(104),
其中,所述鼓风装置(100)中,形成有所述吸气口(103)的鼓风装置壳体a(105)的外延部和位于与所述吸气口相对侧的鼓风装置壳体b(106)的外延部通过多个壳体装配突片进行装配,
装配后的所述鼓风装置(100)的所述排出口(104)的下方中间形成有叶片卡止台(104b),且在所述排出口(104)的上方各自形成有排出口规格的叶片紧贴容纳部(107),
形成有所述吸气口的所述鼓风装置壳体a(105)的排出口(104)邻接有叶片紧贴容纳部(107),该叶片紧贴容纳部(107)的外部上表面和所述排出口(104)的上侧固定边框(104a)的后侧邻接面上分别一体熔接有风门电机螺丝固定部(105a),
在与所述鼓风装置壳体a(105)的风门电机螺丝固定部(105a)邻接的所述叶片紧贴容纳部的外部上侧一体形成有风门电机轴孔熔接固定部(105b’),该风门电机轴孔熔接固定部(105b’)的所述吸气口(103)侧的外侧壳体上穿孔有风门电机轴孔(105b),
所述鼓风装置壳体a(105)的风门电机轴孔熔接固定部(105b’)和所述鼓风装置壳体b(106)的风门电机轴孔熔接固定部(105b”)对接,该鼓风装置壳体b(106)的风门电机轴孔熔接固定部(105b”)的内表面上突出设置有叶片旋转轴(106a),
所述鼓风装置壳体a(105)的所述风门电机轴孔(105b)内插入有风门电机(201)的偏心化的风门电机轴(201a),以将对接在所述风门电机轴孔(105b)上的风门电机固定支架(201b)进行连接件装配,
所述排出口(104)的内部装配有叶片模块(202),该叶片模块(202)包括叶片(202B)和垫圈(202A),所述叶片(202B)装配于所述风门电机轴(201a)和所述风门电机轴孔熔接固定部(105b”)的内表面上的所述叶片旋转轴(106a),所述叶片(202B)为板状且由氟树脂制成,从而通过一个构件开闭所述排出口(104),所述垫圈(202A)为橡胶材料且通过在所述叶片(202B)的四周边框上进行二次加工而与所述叶片(202B)一体装配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气密性增强的风门一体型鼓风装置,其特征在于,所述叶片(202B)仅在上侧边框的两端形成有杆,所述上侧边框的第一端和第二端上各自形成有四角锁孔(202a)和旋转轴孔(202b),所述叶片(202B)形成为连续环形的垫圈装配部(202d)突出有多个垫圈装配突部(202e),所述垫圈装配部(202d)的四周边框的内侧具有厚度大于所述垫圈装配部(202d)厚度的叶片突部(202c),该叶片突部(202c)的四周边框上通过二次加工装配有所述垫圈(202A)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气密性增强的风门一体型鼓风装置,其特征在于,所述垫圈(202A)的四周边框上形成有袋型的垫圈压缩部(202f),该垫圈压缩部(202f)上形成有垫圈装配孔(202h),该垫圈装配孔(202h)与布置在形成于所述叶片(202B)的四周边框上的垫圈装配部(202d)的垫圈装配突部(202e)连接,所述垫圈压缩部(202f)的四周外缘上形成有片状的挡风边(202g)。
