Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un ventilador centrífugo con regulador integrado 100 que tiene hermeticidad mejorada que se caracteriza en que una cubierta de ventilador centrífugo a 105 en la cual se forma un puerto de succión 103 y se localiza una cubierta de ventilador centrífugo b 106 en el lado opuesto de la cubierta de ventilador centrífugo b 105, la periferia exterior de la cubierta de ventilador centrífugo a 105 y la periferia exterior de la cubierta de ventilador centrífugo b 106 que se sujetan a cada otra mediante una pluralidad de piezas protuberantes de ensamble de cubierta; se forma una protuberancia de tope de álabe 104b en el centro de la superficie de fondo del puerto de escape 104 del ventilador centrífugo 100 ensamblado, y se forma una parte de alojamiento de contacto de álabe 107 sobre el puerto de escape 104; las partes de fijación de tornillo de motor de regulador 105a se forman integralmente con la superficie superior exterior de la parte de alojamiento de contacto de álabe 107 adyacente al puerto de escape 104 del alojamiento de ventilador centrífugo a 105 en el cuál se forma el puerto de succión 103 y en la superficie adyacente al lado trasero del lado superior del bastidor de fijación 104a del puerto de escape 104; se perfora un orificio de eje de motor de regulador 105b en la superficie periférica exterior del alojamiento del puerto de succión 103 de una parte de protrusión de orificio de eje de motor de regulador 105b´ el cual se forma integralmente en el lado superior exterior de la parte de alojamiento de contacto de álabe 107 adyacente a las partes de fijación de tornillo de motor de regulador 105a de la cubierta de ventilador centrífugo a 105; un eje de rotación de álabe 106a sobresale de la superficie interior de una parte de protrusión de orificio de eje de motor de regulador 105b´´ de la cubierta de ventilador centrífugo b 106 que encara la parte de protrusión de orificio de eje de motor de regulador 105b´ de la cubierta de ventilador centrífugo a 105; un eje de motor de regulador excéntrico 201a de un motor de regulador 201 se introduce en el orificio de eje de motor de regulador 105b de la cubierta de ventilador centrífugo 105 para conectar soportes de fijación de motor de regulador 210b que encaran el orificio de eje de motor de regulador 105b con la cubierta de ventilador centrífugo a 105; un álabe 202B se conecta como un miembro único al eje de motor de regulador 201a y el eje de rotación de álabe 106a ubicado en la superficie interna de la parte de protrusión de orificio de eje de motor de regulador 105b´´ para abrir y cerrar el puerto de escape 104; y una junta 202A se acopla a los cuatro bordes del álabe 202B, lo que proporciona por consiguiente un módulo de álabe 202 que tiene el álabe 202B y la junta 202A ensamblada integralmente entre sí.
