Abstract
Description
1)粉体をホッパ20から(シュート28を介して)ローラ26と成形品ベッド31との間に堆積させる;
2)成形品ベッドを横切るようにローラを動かして、成形品ベッド上に紛体の初期層を分配する;

Claims (16)
- 設計データに基づいて焼結性粉体から三次元物体を製作するためのレーザ焼結システムであって、該レーザ焼結システムは:
前記レーザ焼結システムの構築チャンバに前記焼結性粉体を供給するためのホッパ;
成形品ベッド上の層に前記焼結性粉体を分配するための粉体分配デバイス;及び
前記焼結性粉体が堆積される表面に向かって前記ホッパから伸長するシュート
を備え、
前記シュートは、前記粉体分配デバイスと前記成形品ベッドとの間にあることを特徴とするレーザ焼結システム。 - 前記シュートは前記粉体分配デバイスの移動によって可動であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ焼結システム。
- 前記シュートは、前記シュート内の前記焼結性粉体を予備加熱するためのシュートヒータを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ焼結システム。
- 前記シュートは回転できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ焼結システム。

- 前記焼結性粉体は、前記シュート内で前記シュート上にあるヒータ要素によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結性粉体は、前記シュート内で放射ヒータからの放射熱によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記シュート上にある少なくとも1つのヒータ要素を用いて、前記粉体分配デバイスを予備加熱するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
