本发明公开了一种激光成型仓体结构,包括一体制成的外仓和内仓;所述外仓和内仓底面一体制成有下仓;所述外仓和内仓其正面在同一平面;所述外仓和内仓于正面开设有操作门,所述下仓顶面于内仓内面安装有顶面中空的锥形仓;所述锥形仓顶面设置有与内仓固定的盖板;所述盖板顶面中部固定有成型架;所述成型架顶部安装有成型平台;所述内仓上部安装有抽风机;内仓下部安装有出风口;所述外仓和内仓之间于出风口处安装有过滤器;所述盖板于锥形仓外部开设有出风格栅;所述锥形仓顶面中空;所述盖板于锥形仓中部开设有下粉口;本发明的激光成型仓体结构,密封性好,能够充分过滤内仓环境和回收内仓多余粉料并完成与新料配比混合。

一种激光成型仓体结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种激光成型箱体,具体涉及一种激光成型仓体结构,属于激光成型箱体技术领域。
背景技术
激光成型仓体是隔绝外部环境并提供内部环境的一仓体,其能够保护现场环境和操作者的人身安全,现有的激光成型仓结构比较单一,如中国专利申请号:201610938427.5,公开了一种协同作业的多工位成型仓,包括基板,固定在所述基板上的成型组件,还包括与所述成型组件连通的气体保护组件,以及固定在所述基板上的冷却组件和透镜,其中,所述透镜镶嵌在基板内部,所述成型组件沿基板的外侧凸出延伸,与所述气体保护组件连通的设置,所述冷却组件围绕所述成型组件的固定;本发明提供的成型组件包括多个成型工位,该多个成型工位中相邻的两个成型工位平齐间隔的设置,以方便成型机台可以一次进行多个工位的激光熔化作业,能够有效的提高激光发生器的利用率,减少机台的等待时间,从而实现一个激光成型机台可并行的协同作业,极大的提高了加工效率;但其并不能很好地改善仓体内打印环境,容易对打印产品精度和外观产生影响,同时,其无法实现很好地粉体回收。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种激光成型仓体结构,密封性好,能够充分过滤内仓环境和回收内仓多余粉料并完成与新料配比混合。
本发明的激光成型仓体结构,包括一体制成的外仓和内仓;所述外仓和内仓底面一体制成有下仓;所述外仓和内仓其正面在同一平面;所述外仓和内仓于正面开设有操作门,所述下仓顶面于内仓内面安装有顶面中空的锥形仓;所述锥形仓顶面设置有与内仓固定的盖板;所述盖板顶面中部固定有成型架;所述成型架顶部安装有成型平台;所述内仓上部安装有抽风机;内仓下部安装有出风口;所述外仓和内仓之间于出风口处安装有过滤器;所述盖板于锥形仓外部开设有出风格栅;所述锥形仓顶面中空;所述盖板于锥形仓中部开设有下粉口;所述下粉口底面安装有导粉罩;所述导粉罩底面安装有下料阀;所述下仓内侧安装有与下料阀输出端安装的振动筛;所述振动筛其粗料口端设置有粗料收集桶;其细料口连接有真空提料机;所述真空提料机通过第一计量螺杆连接到转鼓混合机入口;所述转鼓混合机入口处通过第二计量螺杆连接到新粉储仓;所述转鼓混合机出口连接到供料端。
作为优选的实施方案,所述内仓内侧于出风格栅上部固定有遮挡罩;所述遮挡罩其远离内仓一侧低于靠近内仓一侧。
作为优选的实施方案,所述下料阀包括与锥形仓内壁固定的环板;所述环板上安装有轴承;所述轴承内侧安装有转板;所述转板上开设有下料口;所述转板轴心和导粉罩轴心为偏心设置;所述转板通过传动件连接到电机。
作为优选的实施方案,所述下料阀输出端和振动筛之间还设置有抽尘风机。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的激光成型仓体结构,将外仓、内仓和下仓一体制成,能够形成一个封闭的空间,保证仓体间不会进入额外空气,通过抽风机配合过滤器能够实现将内仓内的打印废气、氧化物和漂浮颗粒吸收过滤,另外,通过下料阀和振动筛能够将打印多余料进行导入和过滤,并能够在线式将新料和旧料按比例配比混合,送入供料点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的激光成型仓体结构,包括一体制成的外仓1和内仓2;所述外仓1和内仓2底面一体制成有下仓3;所述外仓1和内仓2其正面在同一平面,其将内仓1、外仓2和下仓3一体制成,且保证有一面为同一平面,提高仓体密封性;所述外仓1和内仓2于正面开设有操作门4,操作门4能够完成打印前打印平台操作和打印后清粉和取出产品操作,所述下仓3顶面于内仓2内面安装有顶面中空的锥形仓5;所述锥形仓5顶面设置有与内仓固定的盖板6;所述盖板6顶面中部固定有成型架7;所述成型架7顶部安装有成型平台8,成型平台8能够实现打印前定位,同时完成打印后能够将其从成型架上取下,直接在内仓2清粉和取出产品;所述内仓2上部安装有抽风机9;内仓2下部安装有出风口10;所述外仓1和内仓2之间于出风口处安装有过滤器11;所述盖板6于锥形仓5外部开设有出风格栅61,过滤器11将内仓氧化物和各种空气颗粒吸入内仓2和外仓1夹层,并通过过滤器11完成过滤后,通过出风格栅61将空气送回内仓2;所述锥形仓5顶面中空;所述盖板6于锥形仓5中部开设有下粉口62;所述下粉口62底面安装有导粉罩12;所述导粉罩12底面安装有下料阀13;所述下仓3内侧安装有与下料阀13输出端安装的振动筛14;所述振动筛14其粗料口端设置有粗料收集桶15;其细料口连接有真空提料机16;所述真空提料机16通过第一计量螺杆17连接到转鼓混合机18入口;所述转鼓混合机18入口处通过第二计量螺杆19连接到新粉储仓;所述转鼓混合机18出口连接到供料端,真空提料机将完成筛分的旧料通过第一计量螺杆送至转鼓混合机,同时第二计量螺杆按比例称取与第一计量螺杆匹配的新料送至转鼓混合机,转鼓混合机完成新料和旧料的充分混合后,送至成型机的供料点。
再一实施例中,所述内仓2内侧于出风格栅上部固定有遮挡罩20;所述遮挡罩20其远离内仓2一侧低于靠近内仓2一侧,其能够将落料进行导向,避免落入锥形仓和内仓的夹层。
再一实施例中,所述下料阀13包括与锥形仓内壁固定的环板131;所述环板131上安装有轴承132;所述轴承132内侧安装有转板133;所述转板133上开设有下料口134;所述转板133轴心和导粉罩12轴心为偏心设置;所述转板133通过传动件连接到电机135,电机带动转板转动,从而实现下料口与导粉罩正对,实现下料,由于下料口的定位可采用红外开关、接近开关、霍尔开关和电机编码等方式完成,因此,本发明不再详述其具体的定位结构。
再一实施例中,所述下料阀13输出端和振动筛14之间还设置有抽尘风机21,当打印的多余粉料通过重力导入到振动筛并完成分类后,对于一些悬浮的小颗粒通过抽尘风机将其抽送至振动筛,实现内仓及下料管路的清仓。

1.一种激光成型仓体结构,其特征在于:包括一体制成的外仓和内仓;所述外仓和内仓底面一体制成有下仓;所述外仓和内仓其正面在同一平面;所述外仓和内仓于正面开设有操作门,所述下仓顶面于内仓内面安装有顶面中空的锥形仓;所述锥形仓顶面设置有与内仓固定的盖板;所述盖板顶面中部固定有成型架;所述成型架顶部安装有成型平台;所述内仓上部安装有抽风机;内仓下部安装有出风口;所述外仓和内仓之间于出风口处安装有过滤器;所述盖板于锥形仓外部开设有出风格栅;所述锥形仓顶面中空;所述盖板于锥形仓中部开设有下粉口;所述下粉口底面安装有导粉罩;所述导粉罩底面安装有下料阀;所述下仓内侧安装有与下料阀输出端安装的振动筛;所述振动筛其粗料口端设置有粗料收集桶;其细料口连接有真空提料机;所述真空提料机通过第一计量螺杆连接到转鼓混合机入口;所述转鼓混合机入口处通过第二计量螺杆连接到新粉储仓;所述转鼓混合机出口连接到供料端,所述内仓内侧于出风格栅上部固定有遮挡罩;所述遮挡罩其远离内仓一侧低于靠近内仓一侧,所述下料阀输出端和振动筛之间还设置有抽尘风机。
