c)前記含窒素有機官能基を含むアクリル系コポリマーは、溶媒および水を除く前記ゾルゲル組成物の総重量に対して約10〜約25重量%の量で存在する。
シラン#1は、市販のシラン混合物であって、製造元により以下のシランを含むことが記載されている:70−90%アミノエチルアミノプロピルトリメトキシシランおよび3−7%メトキシシラン
シラン#2は、3−グリシジルオキシプロピルトリエトキシシランであった。

Claims (15)
- a)1種または2種以上のシラン加水分解促進酸と、
b)少なくとも1種のシラノール前駆体と
c)水および溶媒の重量を除くゾルゲル組成物の総重量に対して10〜35重量%の、含窒素有機官能基を含むアクリル系コポリマーと
を含むゾルゲルコーティング組成物。 - バナジウム源をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のゾルゲルコーティング組成物。
- 前記含窒素有機官能基が、乾燥固体基準で、前記アクリル系コポリマーの総重量に対して、約0.5〜15重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載のゾルゲルコーティング組成物。
- 前記含窒素有機官能基が、窒素原子と、第2の窒素原子、酸素原子および硫黄原子から選択された少なくとも1つの追加のヘテロ原子とを含む有機官能基である、請求項1に記載のゾルゲルコーティング組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種のシラノール前駆体が、テトラエチルオルトシリケート、メチルトリエトキシシラン、3−グリシジルオキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン、およびアミノエチルアミノプロピルトリメトキシシランのうちの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1に記載のゾルゲルコーティング組成物。
- a)前記1種または2種以上のシラン加水分解促進酸が、成分b)を加水分解するのに十分な量で存在し、
b)前記少なくとも1種のシラノール前駆体が、溶媒および水を除く前記ゾルゲル組成物の総重量に対して約55〜約85重量%の量で存在し、
c)前記含窒素有機官能基を含むアクリル系コポリマーが、溶媒および水を除く前記ゾルゲル組成物の総重量に対して約10〜約25重量%の量で存在する、
請求項1に記載のゾルゲルコーティング組成物。 - 前記含窒素有機官能基が、乾燥固体基準で、前記アクリル系コポリマーの総重量に対して、前記含窒素有機官能基の総重量として1〜10重量%の量で前記アクリル系コポリマー上に存在する、請求項6に記載のゾルゲルコーティング組成物。
- 前記含窒素有機官能基が、チオ尿素、チアゾールおよびイミダゾールの1種または2種以上を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のゾルゲルコーティング組成物。
- 金属表面をコーティングする方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つの金属表面を有する金属基材を任意に洗浄する工程であって、前記表面の少なくとも一部は、化学的に接着した金属酸化物を任意に有し、
b.前記少なくとも1つの金属表面に請求項1に記載のゾルゲルコーティング組成物を接触させる工程と、
c.前記少なくとも1つの金属表面上で、前記ゾルゲルコーティング組成物を乾燥させる工程であって、それにより、前記ゾルゲルコーティング組成物は前記金属表面と反応して、前記金属表面上に化学的に接着した、シリコン系ポリマー鎖およびアクリル系ポリマー鎖を含む有機無機複合コーティングを形成する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記ゾルゲルコーティング組成物が連続プロセスで塗布され、前記接触工程の直前に亜鉛めっき処理が行われ、前記接触した金属表面が亜鉛めっき金属を含む、請求項9に記載の金属表面をコーティングする方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が前記金属基材上に存在し、前記金属基材がアルミニウムまたはその合金を含み、前記金属酸化物が二酸化チタンおよび/または二酸化ジルコニウムを含む、請求項9に記載の金属表面をコーティングする方法。
- a.少なくとも1つの金属表面と、
b.前記少なくとも1つの金属表面に堆積し化学的に接着した有機無機複合コーティングであって、請求項1に記載の組成物と前記金属表面との反応生成物および前記ゾルゲルの縮合生成物を含む有機無機複合コーティングと
を含むコーティングされた金属基材。 - 前記コーティングされた金属基材上の前記有機無機複合コーティングが、バナジウムをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のコーティングされた金属基材。
- 前記金属基材がアルミニウムまたはその合金を含み、前記コーティングされた金属基材上の前記有機無機複合コーティングが前記金属表面に化学的に接着した金属酸化物をさらに含み、前記金属酸化物が二酸化チタンおよび/または二酸化ジルコニウムを含む、請求項12に記載のコーティングされた金属基材。
- 請求項13に記載のコーティングされた金属基材を含む製品であって、車両の部品、建築要素、家庭用電気器具および電子デバイスから選択される製品。
