Abstract
Description
表2及び3において提供される以下の実施例(実施例1〜16)は、≧450℃のガラス転移温度(Tg)、≦650℃のガラス軟化温度(Ts)、及びガラス基材に対して10X10−7/℃以内の熱膨張係数(CTE)を有する、本開示の1つ又は複数の実施形態による例示的な無機結晶化ガラスフリットである。表4は、実施例3、7及び16に関する具体的な特性を列挙している。
下の表5は、本発明の一部ではないフリットの組成物の複数の比較例を列挙している。比較例1、2及び3は高すぎる、即ち650℃超の軟化点(Ts)を有する。あるいは、比較例4、6及び9は、高すぎる、即ち110X10−7/℃を優に超えるCTE値を有する。これは、硬化後の装飾された層のCTEとGorillaガラスのCTEとの大きな不一致をもたらした。これらの試料は全て、硬化後に損傷した。比較例5を用いると、極めて悪い品質の層が得られた。スクリーン印刷後の基材上のペーストの湿潤性は極めて低く、硬化後の装飾用層の粗度は極めて高かった。比較例7から溶融物は得られず、比較例8では極めて急速な失透が起こった。よってこれら2つの組成物は加工できなかった。比較例10に関して、硬化の前の装飾用層の極めて低い安定性が観察された。具体的には、層の色が灰色からピンク色に急速に変化した。
実施例6の組成物を利用して、下の表6は、粒子サイズが硬化後の装飾用多孔性無機層の多孔性に対して有する影響を、総粒子数の50%(d50)及び90%(d90)における粒子サイズとの関連において示す。層の多孔性レベルを、装飾の上面に堆積された水により視覚制御する。装飾内部での水の拡散に直接的に結び付く、0〜5の等級内の多孔性の定性的値は、以下のように定義される‐0は多孔性がないことを意味し、5は極めて高い多孔性を意味する。
下の表8は、イオン交換され、機械的耐性に関して特徴づけられた、異なる多孔性レベルを有する複数の装飾された試料を示す。表8に示した通り、ROR(リングオンリング)曲げ強度値は、装飾用多孔性無機層の多孔性に関連している。更に、多孔性の高い装飾用ガラスフリット層に関して400MPaより高いROR値が得られ、そのうちの全てはGorillaガラス上での良好な付着性を有していた。これらのROR値は、摩耗していない試料のリングオンリング測定及び後続のワイブル分析を利用することにより得られた。

Claims (5)
- 強化ガラス物品であって、
前記強化ガラス物品は:
約60X10−7/℃〜約110X10−7/℃の範囲の熱膨張係数(CTE)を有するガラス基材;及び
前記ガラス基材の表面の少なくとも一部に結合された少なくとも1つの装飾用多孔性無機層であって、ここで前記装飾用多孔性無機層は≧450℃のガラス転移温度(Tg)、≦650℃のガラス軟化温度(Ts)を有し、ここで前記ガラス基材と前記装飾用多孔性無機層との間のCTE値の差は10X10−7/℃以内である、装飾用多孔性無機層
を備え、
前記強化ガラス物品は、装飾用ガラスフリット層を通って前記ガラス基材中へと延在する圧縮応力層を備え、前記圧縮応力層は≧30μmの層深さDOLを有し、前記強化ガラス物品は、リングオンリング(ROR)試験によって定義される≧300MPa又は≧400MPaの曲げ強度値を有する、強化ガラス物品。 - 前記装飾用多孔性無機層は、(d50)≦15μmのメジアン粒子サイズを画定し、又は約50μ以下の粒子サイズを画定し、又は少なくとも90%の粒子が(d90)≦40μmの直径を有する粒径を画定し、又は約125μm以下の粒子サイズを画定する、請求項1に記載の強化ガラス物品。
- 前記装飾用多孔性無機層は:
約0〜約10mol%のAl2O3;
約0〜約10mol%のCoO;
約5〜約25mol%のNa2O;
約0〜約15mol%のK2O;
約0〜約10mol%のV2O5;
約0〜約8mol%のTiO2;
約0〜約15mol%のZnO;
約0〜約10mol%のCaO;
約20〜約40mol%のFe2O3;及び
少なくとも約50mol%のP2O5
を含む、請求項1に記載の強化ガラス物品。 - 前記装飾用多孔性無機層は、約8〜約25mol%のR2Oを含み、ここでR2OはNa2O、K2O、又はその両方であり、
前記装飾用多孔性無機層は、約50〜約60mol%のP2O5を含み、
Na2O/Fe2O3のmol%による比は、約0.2〜約1である、請求項3に記載の強化ガラス物品。 - 前記ガラス軟化温度Tsは約500〜650℃である、請求項1に記載の強化ガラス物品。
