Abstract
Description
本出願は、「REINFORCED VALVE」と題する、2013年3月5日出願の米国仮特許出願第61/772,929号の優先権を主張し、その全体が本明細書に参照として組み込まれる。

Claims (27)
- 体腔内に配置するための弁であって、
本体と、
前記弁の第1の端に配設される実質的に円筒形の周縁であって、近位端及び遠位端を有する、実質的に円筒形の周縁と、
前記弁の第2の端に配設される開口部であって、前記開口部が1つ以上の弁葉を備え、前記開口部が、前記弁葉が閉じられている閉鎖構成、前記弁葉が順行力に応答して開放される順行開放構成、及び前記弁葉が逆行力に応答して開放される逆行開放構成を有する、開口部と、
前記実質的に円筒形の周縁に連結される補強部材であって、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁に制限される、補強部材と、を備える、弁。 - 前記開口部が、少なくとも3つの弁葉を備える、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁の前記近位端と遠位端との間に配設される請求項1又は2に記載の弁。
- 前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁の内径に連結される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁の外径に連結される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁内部に成形される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁と一体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記補強部材が、メッシュ材料を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記メッシュが高分子材料を含む、請求項8に記載の弁。
- 前記メッシュが金属材料を含む、請求項8に記載の弁。
- 前記補強部材が、高分子フィルムを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の弁。

- 体腔内に配設される移植可能な装置であって、
そこを通って延伸する内腔を有する実質的に円筒形のステントと、
本体、実質的に円筒形の周縁、開口部、及び補強部材を備える弁であって、前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁に連結される、弁と、を備え、
前記弁が、該弁の前記補強部材を通じて配設される縫製要素によって、前記実質的に円筒形のステントの前記内腔に連結される、移植可能な装置。 - 前記縫製要素が、実質的に円筒形のステント、前記弁の前記実質的に円筒形の周縁、及び前記補強部材の壁部を貫通する、請求項18に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記補強部材が、メッシュ材料を含む、請求項18又は19に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記補強部材が、高分子フィルムを含む、請求項18又は19に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁の内径に連結される、請求項18〜21のいずれか一項に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁の外径に連結される、請求項18〜21のいずれか一項に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記補強部材が、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁の内部に成形される、請求項18〜21のいずれか一項に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記補強部材の引き裂き強さが、前記実質的に円筒形の周縁を形成するために使用される前記材料の前記引き裂き強さを超える、請求項18〜24のいずれか一項に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 体腔の内部に配設される移植可能な装置を作製する方法であって、
実質的に円筒形の金属ステントを取得することであって、前記実質的に円筒形のステントが、そこを通って延伸する内腔を有する、取得することと、
弁を取得することであって、前記弁が、本体、実質的に円筒形の周縁、開口部、及び補強部材を備える、取得することと、
前記弁を前記実質的に円筒形のステントの前記内腔に前記弁の前記補強部材を通して配設される縫製要素を介して連結することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記弁を前記実質的に円筒形のステントの前記内腔に連結する前に、前記補強部材を前記実質的に円筒形の周縁に連結することを更に含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
