Claims (26)
- 有機集合体を処理する装置であって、
有機集合体と該有機集合体を分解するために選択された1以上の微生物との混合物を含むチャンバと、
該チャンバ内に設けられる、前記混合物を撹拌するための撹拌手段であり、
前記チャンバの中央ボアを通って延在する回転可能シャフト、
該シャフトから延在する複数の撹拌アーム、および
該複数の撹拌アームのそれぞれに連結され、連結されている前記撹拌アームの長手軸に対して第1の角度をなすように配置され、前記シャフトの長手軸に対して第2の角度に配置されるパドル、を備える撹拌手段と
を備え、
前記第1の角度および前記第2の角度に傾けられた前記パドルとそれぞれ連結された前記複数の撹拌アームが、前記シャフトの回転に応答して、前記チャンバからの流出なしに前記混合物を均質に混合することを可能にする装置。 - 前記パドルの前記第2の角度が、約0°〜約180°の範囲内である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の撹拌アームのそれぞれの前記パドルの前記第2の角度が、前記混合物を様々な方向に誘導するように異なる角度に構成されている請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の撹拌アームのそれぞれの前記パドルの前記第2の角度が、0°から180°まで、順次及ぶ請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の撹拌アームのそれぞれの前記パドルの前記第2の角度が、0°、45°、90°、135°から180°まで、順次及ぶ請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の角度が、約70°〜約110°の範囲内である請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の撹拌アームのそれぞれの前記パドルの前記第1の角度が、異なる角度に構成されている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記撹拌手段が、前記パドルに連結される、前記混合物の誘導手段を形成する部材をさらに備える請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記部材が、実質的にT字形の形態をなして平面内に、前記パドルに実質的に垂直に配置されている請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記部材が、実質的にL字形の形態をなして平面内に、前記パドルの縁に配置されている請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の撹拌アームが、前記シャフトの長さに沿って等間隔に配置されている請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバの前記中央ボアが、地面に対して実質的に平行である請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバが、前記混合物に耐え得る材料で作られている請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバが、4,000L〜80,000Lの範囲内の容量を有する請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバの内壁が、スタッド様構造を備える請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パドルが、各撹拌アームと一体に形成されている請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 各撹拌アームが、前記シャフトと一体に形成されている請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記撹拌手段が、前記複数の撹拌アームのそれぞれに連結される複数のパドルをさらに備える請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 温度制御手段、pH制御手段、水分制御手段および/または通気手段を含む、前記チャンバ内の環境を制御する手段
をさらに備える請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記温度制御手段が、前記チャンバの外周の少なくとも一部を被包する加熱用オイルを含む請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記1以上の微生物が、バチルス属微生物、シュードモナス属微生物、ビフィドバクテリウム属微生物、ラクトバチルス属微生物、ストレプトマイセス属微生物、コリネバクテリウム属微生物およびその混合物からなる群から選択されている請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記有機集合体の処理から発生するアンモニアを収集する手段、および
該収集手段に流体連結される、前記収集されたアンモニアを分配する手段、
を含む前記有機集合体の処理から発生するアンモニアをリサイクルするシステム
をさらに備える請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記収集されたアンモニアが、前記チャンバに再循環される請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記収集されたアンモニアが、前記装置の外で処理後の有機集合体にリサイクルされる請求項22または23に記載の装置。
- 前記収集手段が、アンモニアに耐え得るパイプである請求項22から24のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記分配手段が、アンモニアに耐え得るパイプである請求項22から25のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
