Claims (10)
- 液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のための内接型ギヤポンプであって、ポンプ軸(2)を有しており、該ポンプ軸(2)にピニオン(9)が相対回動不能に配置されていて、前記ピニオン(9)と噛み合うリングギヤ(11)と、相対回動不能なアキシャルディスク(26)とを有しており、該アキシャルディスク(26)が前記ピニオン(9)および前記リングギヤ(11)の端面側に配置され、かつこれらの端面側に密着当接している形式のものにおいて、
前記アキシャルディスク(26)が、半径方向で固定されていて、前記ポンプ軸(2)を回転可能に支承する軸受(27)を有していることを特徴とする、内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記アキシャルディスク(26)が前記ポンプ軸(2)を、駆動側とは反対側で回転可能に支承していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)が、前記ポンプ軸(2)をシールするシールスリーブ(16)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)が支持リング(17)を有しており、該支持リング(17)が、前記シールスリーブ(16)の、前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)とは反対側に配置されていて、前記シールスリーブ(16)を軸方向で支持することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)がカバー(4)を有しており、該カバー(4)を通ってポンプ出口(22)が案内されていて、該ポンプ出口(22)が前記カバー(4)の外周面に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記カバー(4)が、前記ポンプ出口(22)の開口の両側に環状のシール(25)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記カバー(4)が、前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)の、前記アキシャルディスク(26)とは反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記アキシャルディスク(26)が、前記ピニオン(9)および前記リングギヤ(11)に関連して軸方向で可動であって、前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)が、前記ピニオン(9)および前記リングギヤ(11)の、前記アキシャルディスク(26)とは反対側に、相対回動不能しかしながら軸方向に可動なスラストワッシャ(19)を有しており、前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)が、前記ピニオン(9)および前記リングギヤ(11)とは反対側の、前記スラストワッシャ(19)の外側に圧力域(20)を有しており、それによって、前記スラストワッシャ(19)は、前記圧力域(20)が圧力で負荷されると、前記ピニオン(9)および前記リングギヤ(11)の端面側に向かって押圧されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記アキシャルディスク(26)を通ってポンプ入口(29,30)が案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記内接型ギヤポンプ(1)が1つの構造群を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
