Description
密閉容器に対する主軸受の溶接強度が上がるとともに、仮に柱状部材が軸方向下方へずれ動いた場合でも、溶接ピンを下限として動きを制限することができる。これにより、固定スクロールの挙動が安定し、性能および信頼性が向上する。

Claims (2)
- 密閉容器内を高圧空間と低圧空間に区画する仕切板と、
前記仕切板に隣接する固定スクロールと、
前記固定スクロールと噛み合わされて圧縮室を形成する旋回スクロールと、
前記旋回スクロールの自転を防止する自転抑制部材と、
前記旋回スクロールを支持する主軸受と、を備え、
前記固定スクロール、前記旋回スクロール、前記自転抑制部材、及び前記主軸受が、前記低圧空間に配置され、
前記固定スクロール及び前記旋回スクロールが、前記仕切板と前記主軸受との間に配置されているスクロール圧縮機であって、
前記主軸受に設けられている軸受側勘合部と、
前記固定スクロールに設けられているスクロール側勘合部と、
下端部が前記軸受側勘合部に固定され、前記固定スクロールの軸方向への動きを許容するように、上端部が前記スクロール側勘合部に挿入されている柱状部材とを備え、
前記主軸受の外周から圧入されている溶接ピンをさらに備え、
前記軸受側勘合部は前記主軸受を軸方向下方に貫通しており、
前記溶接ピンは、前記軸受側勘合部の勘合領域より下方に位置する貫通部と連通し、
前記柱状部材の上端部と前記仕切板との軸方向距離は、前記柱状部材と前記軸受側勘合部との勘合長さより短いスクロール圧縮機。 - 前記柱状部材は、前記軸受側勘合部に締まり嵌めで圧入固定されており、前記スクロール側勘合部に隙間嵌めで挿入されている請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
