Claims (4)
- 고정스크롤과, 이 고정스크롤에 치합(齒合)하는 가동스크롤을 밀폐용기 내에 수용한 스크롤형 압축기에 있어서,상기 가동스크롤에 일단이 외부로 개구하고, 내부로 직선모양으로 연장하여, 내주면에 밀폐용기 내의 고압부에 연통하는 고압개구와, 상기 스크롤 내의 저압부로 개구하는 저압개구가 개구하는 연통로를 형성함과 동시에,이 연통로 내에 이 연통로보다도 약간 작은 지름의 핀부재를 삽입하고,이 연통로의 소정 깊이의 위치에 상기 핀부재의 스토퍼부를 형성함과 동시에, 이 핀부재를 지름방향으로 이동이 가능하게 소정의 간격을 두고 상기 연통로의 일단을 나사부재에 의해 폐색한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 핀부재가 고압부와 저압부의 차압에 의해, 상기 스크롤 내의 저압부로 개구하는 상기 저압개구로 흡인되어 상기 저압개구의 틈새를 규제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 스토퍼부는 일단이 외부로 개구하는 연통로의 하부구멍을 형성함과 동시에, 이 하부구멍의 소정 깊이의 위치까지 일단으로부터 리머(reamer)가공을 실시 하여, 이 핀부재를 삽입하기 위한 삽입구멍을 형성하고, 각 구멍의 단차부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 고정스크롤과, 이 고정스크롤에 치합하는 가동스크롤을 밀폐용기 내에 수용한 스크롤형 압축기에 있어서,상기 고정스크롤에 일단이 외부로 개구하고, 내부로 직선모양으로 연장하여, 내주면에 밀폐용기 내의 고압부에 연통하는 고압개구와, 상기 스크롤 내의 저압부로 개구하는 저압개구가 개구하는 연통로를 형성함과 동시에,이 연통로에는 핀부재를 삽입하고,이 핀부재를 지름방향으로 이동이 가능하게 소정의 간격을 두고 상기 연통로의 일단을 나사부재에 의해 폐색한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
