Claims (11)
- 燃料を案内する構成部材(45)に燃料噴射弁(2)を接続するための、燃料噴射装置(3)用の接続部材(1)であって、ベース体(7)が設けられており、該ベース体(7)内に、前記燃料噴射弁(2)の燃料スリーブ(4)のための収容スペース(11)が設けられており、少なくとも部分的に前記収容スペース(11)内に配置可能な前記燃料スリーブ(4)が、少なくとも間接的に前記ベース体(7)に支持可能である形式のものにおいて、
前記燃料スリーブ(4)が、少なくとも半径方向(23)で弾性的に前記ベース体(7)に支持可能であることを特徴とする、燃料噴射装置用の接続部材。 - 少なくとも1つの遮断部材(26)が設けられていて、組み立てた状態で、前記遮断部材(26)が前記燃料スリーブ(4)と前記ベース体(7)との間に配置されており、前記燃料スリーブ(4)が前記遮断部材(26)を介して少なくとも半径方向(23)で前記ベース体(7)に弾性的に支持可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続部材。
- 前記ベース体(7)が開口(12)を有しており、該開口(12)を介して前記燃料スリーブ(4)が前記収容スペース(11)内に導入可能であり、前記遮断部材(26)が少なくとも部分的に前記ベース体(7)の前記開口(12)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接続部材。
- 前記ベース体(7)が内側(18)を有していて、前記遮断部材(26)が外側面(30)を有しており、前記遮断部材(26)がその前記外側面(30)で以って前記ベース体(7)の前記内側(18)の当接面(31)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の接続部材。
- 前記ベース体(7)の前記内側(18)の少なくとも前記当接面(31)が円筒形周壁状に構成されているか、又は前記ベース体(7)の前記内側(18)の少なくとも前記当接面(31)が凹状の断面形状を有して構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の接続部材。
- 前記遮断部材(26)が、少なくとも1つの弾性的な層(27)と少なくとも1つの保護層(28,29)とを有しており、少なくとも1つの前記弾性的な層(27)と少なくとも1つの前記保護層(27,28)とが、半径方向で積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材。
- 前記遮断部材(26)が少なくとも実質的に弾性的な材料より形成されており、該弾性的な材料が、組み立てられた状態で一方では少なくとも間接的に前記ベース体(7)に接続され、他方では少なくとも間接的に前記燃料スリーブ(4)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材。
- 前記ベース体(7)が、少なくとも1つの弾性的に変形可能な区分(25)を備えた外壁(9)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材。
- 前記弾性的に変形可能な区分(25)がベローズ状に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の接続部材。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の、燃料を案内する少なくとも1つの構成部材(45)と少なくとも1つの燃料噴射弁(2)と少なくとも1つの接続部材(1)とを有する、特に混合気圧縮外部点火式内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置(3)において、前記燃料噴射弁(2)が前記接続部材(1)を介して燃料を案内する前記構成部材(45)に接続されている、燃料噴射装置。
- 前記燃料スリーブ(4)が半径方向支持縁(39)を有しており、前記燃料スリーブ(4)の前記半径方向支持縁(39)がベース体(7)に機械的に当接することによって、前記遮断部材(26)の半径方向の弾性変形が制限されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の燃焼噴射装置。
