Description
本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念部に記載した形式の、燃料噴射弁に用いられる減衰エレメントから出発する。
独立請求項の特徴部に記載の特徴を備えた本発明による減衰エレメントは従来のものに比べて、減衰エレメントが皿状に形成されていることによって、公知先行技術の場合と同じ程度に良好な減衰作用のまま、弁軸線に対する軸方向のより僅かな構成スペースが必要となるように、簡単に改善が得られるという利点を有している。皿状の構成と、皿状の減衰エレメントのカラーでの燃料噴射弁の支承とによって、減衰エレメントの十分な弾性が達成される。
以下に、本発明の複数の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関のシリンダヘッドの収容通路内に挿入可能な燃料噴射弁に用いられる減衰エレメントであって、当該減衰エレメントが、燃料噴射弁の弁ハウジングと、シリンダヘッドの収容通路の壁との間に配置されており、当該減衰エレメント(25)が、シリンダヘッド(3)に設けられた収容通路(2)の肩部(21)に支持するための第1の区分(26)と、燃料噴射弁(1)を支持するための第2の区分(27)とを有しており、当該減衰エレメント(25)が、皿状に形成されている形式のものにおいて、第1の区分(26)が、第2の区分(27)に対して折り曲げられていて、該第2の区分(27)から出発して、弁軸線(16)に対して半径方向内向きに延びており、減衰エレメント(25)の第2の区分(27)が、円錐形に形成されていて、燃料噴射弁(1)に面した側の上面に、燃料噴射弁(1)に対する支持部を形成するための、弁長手方向軸線に対して内方に向けられた少なくとも1つの張出し部(30,33)を有しており、該少なくとも1つの張出し部(30,33)が、弁ハウジング(14)の円錐領域(17)と協働しており、これによって、減衰エレメント(25)に対して弁ハウジング(14)が円錐領域(17)において張出し部(30,32)によってのみ支承されていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁に用いられる減衰エレメント。
- 第1の区分(26)が、ほぼ平らにまたは湾曲させられて形成されている、請求項1記載の減衰エレメント。
- 第2の区分(27)が、カラー状に形成されている、請求項1記載の減衰エレメント。
- 当該減衰エレメント(25)が、貫通開口(28)を有しており、該貫通開口(28)が、燃料噴射弁(1)によって貫通可能である、請求項1記載の減衰エレメント。
- 貫通開口(28)が、第1の区分(26)に形成されている、請求項4記載の減衰エレメント。
