Claims (10)
- 流体を噴射するための噴射器であって、
‐開口部(21)及びシール座(20)を含む基体(2)と、
‐少なくとも1つの噴射孔(30)を含む噴射孔付きディスク(3)と、
‐締付リング(4)と、
を含み、
前記噴射孔付きディスク(3)は、前記基体(2)の前記開口部(21)に配置され、
前記噴射孔付きディスク(3)と前記基体(2)との間には、摩擦結合による第1の結合(5)が存在し、
前記基体(2)と前記締付リング(4)との間には、摩擦結合による第2の結合(6)が存在し、
前記基体(2)に設けられた前記開口部(21)は先細り形状に設けられ、従って、先細り形状をした摩擦結合による第1の結合(5)が提供される、噴射器。 - 前記噴射孔付きディスク(3)と前記締付リング(4)とは、前記噴射器の中央軸(X‐X)に直交する平面(E)が前記噴射孔付きディスク(3)及び前記締付リング(4)を横断するように、配置される、請求項1に記載の噴射器。
- 前記基体(2)は、前記締付リング(4)を収容するための付設部(23)を有する、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 前記噴射孔付きディスク(3)の第1の厚さ(D1)は、前記締付リング(4)の第2の厚さ(D2)と等しい、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 前記基体(2)には、弁ニードル(7)を案内するよう構成されたガイド領域(22)がさらに配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 前記基体(2)に設けられた前記開口部(21)は円筒形状に設けられ、従って、基体(2)と噴射孔付きディスク(3)との間に円筒形状をした摩擦結合による第1の結合(5)が提供される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 前記噴射孔付きディスク(3)の、燃焼室(10)の方を向いた面が、凸状又は凹状に形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 前記基体(2)と前記噴射孔付きディスク(3)とは異なる材料で製造される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 前記基体(2)は、前記噴射器の他の構成要素との溶接結合を提供するよう構成された溶接領域(24)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器を備えた内燃機関。
