Claims (8)
- コーティング物質が流れ込む供給部と、前記供給部を通じて供給されるコーティング物質を収容するチャンバと、前記コーティング物質が流出できるように前記チャンバと連通したスリットと、前記スリットを形成するダイリップと、を含むダイ本体を備えたスロットダイであって、
前記チャンバは、
前記コーティング物質を収容するための内部空間が形成され、前記ダイ本体に対してブロック全体が交換可能に設けられたチャンバブロックを備え、
前記チャンバブロックの内部空間の幅によってコーティング幅が決定されることを特徴とするスロットダイ。 - 前記チャンバブロックが、前記ダイ本体とは別個のブロック本体を備え、前記ダイ本体に着脱自在に組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスロットダイ。
- 相異なるコーティング幅毎に前記内部空間の幅が相異なるチャンバブロックが備えられ、前記相異なるチャンバブロックの外部幅は一定であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスロットダイ。
- 前記チャンバブロックの内部空間の幅に対応する内部幅を有し、前記ダイ本体に固定されるシムプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスロットダイ。
- コーティング物質が流れ込む供給部と、前記供給部を通じて供給されるコーティング物質を収容するための内部空間が形成されたチャンバブロックを備えたチャンバと、前記コーティング物質が流出できるように前記チャンバと連通したスリットと、前記スリットを形成するダイリップと、を含むスロットダイ;
前記スロットダイにコーティング物質を供給するコーティング液供給マニホールド;及び
前記スリットの前方に離隔配置され、コーティングが行われる基材を進行させるコーティングロール;を含み、
前記チャンバブロックは、前記スロットダイのダイ本体に対してブロック全体が交換可能に設けられ、
前記チャンバブロックの内部空間の幅によってコーティング幅が決定されることを特徴とするコーティング装置。 - 前記チャンバブロックが、前記ダイ本体とは別個のブロック本体を備え、前記ダイ本体に着脱自在に組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコーティング装置。
- 相異なるコーティング幅毎に前記内部空間の幅が相異なるチャンバブロックが備えられ、前記相異なるチャンバブロックの外部幅は一定であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記チャンバブロックの内部空間の幅に対応する内部幅を有し、前記ダイ本体に固定されるシムプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコーティング装置。
