Claims (2)
- コーティング物質が流れ込む供給部と、前記供給部を通じて供給されるコーティング物質を収容するチャンバと、前記コーティング物質が流出できるように前記チャンバと連通したスリットと、前記スリットを形成するダイリップと、を含むダイ本体を備えたスロットダイであって、
前記スロットダイは、
前記コーティング物質を収容するための内部空間が形成され、前記ダイ本体に対してブロック全体が交換可能に設けられたチャンバブロックを備え、
前記チャンバブロックの内部空間の幅によってコーティング幅が決定され、
前記チャンバブロックが、前記ダイ本体とは別個の部材であり、前記チャンバブロックが前記ダイ本体内に収容されるように配置され、
相異なるコーティング幅毎に前記内部空間の幅が相異なるチャンバブロックが交換可能であって、前記相異なるチャンバブロックの外部幅は一定であり、
前記チャンバブロックの交換によって前記コーティング幅が調節され、
シムプレートは、前記チャンバブロックを支持するように前記ダイ本体内に挿入固定され、前記シムプレートは、前記チャンバブロックの内部空間の幅に対応する内部幅を有することを特徴とするスロットダイ。 - コーティング物質が流れ込む供給部と、前記供給部を通じて供給されるコーティング物質を収容するための内部空間であるチャンバを形成するチャンバブロックと、前記コーティング物質が流出できるように前記チャンバと連通したスリットと、前記スリットを形成するダイリップと、を含むスロットダイ;
前記スロットダイにコーティング物質を供給するコーティング液供給マニホールド;及び
前記スリットの前方に離隔配置され、コーティングが行われる基材を進行させるコーティングロール;を含み、
前記チャンバブロックは、前記スロットダイのダイ本体に対してブロック全体が交換可能に設けられ、
前記チャンバブロックの内部空間の幅によってコーティング幅が決定され、
前記チャンバブロックが、前記ダイ本体とは別個の部材であり、前記チャンバブロックが前記ダイ本体内に収容されるように配置され、
相異なるコーティング幅毎に前記内部空間の幅が相異なるチャンバブロックが交換可能であって、前記相異なるチャンバブロックの外部幅は一定であり、
前記チャンバブロックの交換によって前記コーティング幅が調節され、
シムプレートは、前記チャンバブロックを支持するように前記ダイ本体内に挿入固定され、前記シムプレートは前記チャンバブロックの内部空間の幅に対応する内部幅を有することを特徴とするコーティング装置。
