Claims (7)
- 軟質ポリウレタンフォームを製造するためのポリオール組成物であって、
ポリオール成分と、イソシアネート成分と、ポリロタキサンと、前記ポリロタキサンを溶解または分散する媒体とを含有し、
前記ポリロタキサンは、水酸基を有する環状分子が串刺し状に包接する軸状分子と、前記軸状分子の両端に配置された封鎖基とを備えていることを特徴とするポリオール組成物。 - 前記媒体は、重量平均分子量100以上の化合物を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリオール組成物。
- 前記媒体は、1分子中の水酸基数が1又は2の化合物を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のポリオール組成物。
- 前記媒体は、界面活性剤であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のポリオール組成物。
- 前記媒体は、ポリオキシアルキレン基を有する化合物を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のポリオール組成物。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のポリオール組成物を発泡、硬化させて得られる軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のポリオール組成物の前記ポリロタキサンが前記媒体に溶解または分散した溶液を得る第1工程と、
前記第1工程で得られた前記溶液とポリオール成分及びイソシアネート成分とを混合して混合液を得る第2工程と、
前記第2工程で得られた混合液を発泡、硬化させる第3工程とを備えていることを特徴とする軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
