Claims (23)

修飾オリゴヌクレオチドの5’末端から数えて、修飾オリゴヌクレオチドのポジション5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、若しくは15の核酸塩基、又はギャップの5’末端から数えて、修飾オリゴヌクレオチドのポジション1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、若しくは9の核酸塩基が一塩基多型と一致する、上記化合物。 - 修飾オリゴヌクレオチドが、一塩基多型部位と少なくとも90%、少なくとも95%、又は100%相補的である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 一塩基多型部位が識別用多型を含む、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 修飾アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが12〜20連結ヌクレオシドから成る、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 修飾アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが15〜20連結ヌクレオシドから成る、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 修飾アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが15〜19連結ヌクレオシドから成る、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 修飾オリゴヌクレオチドの5’末端から数えて、修飾オリゴヌクレオチドのポジション8、9、若しくは10の核酸塩基、又はギャップの5’末端から数えて、修飾オリゴヌクレオチドのポジション4、5、若しくは6の核酸塩基が一塩基多型と一致する、請求項1、4、5、及び6のいずれか1項に記載の化合物。
- ギャップ領域が7〜11核酸塩基長であり、5’ウィング領域が1〜6核酸塩基長、及び3’ウィング領域が1〜6核酸塩基長である、請求項7に記載の化合物。
- ウイング−ギャップ−ウイングモチーフが、5−10−5、2−9−6、3−9−3、3−9−4、3−9−5、4−7−4、4−9−3、4−9−4、4−9−5、4−10−5、4−11−4、4−11−5、5−7−5、5−8−6、5−9−3、5−9−5、5−10−4、5−10−5、6−7−6、6−8−5、及び6−9−2から成る群の任意の1つである、請求項8に記載の化合物。
- ウイング−ギャップ−ウイングモチーフが、2−9−6、4−9−5、及び4−11−4から成る群の任意の1つである、請求項9に記載の化合物。
- 少なくとも1つのヌクレオシド間連結が修飾ヌクレオシド間連結である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 各ヌクレオシド間連結がホスホロチオ酸ヌクレオシド間連結である、請求項11に記載の化合物。
- 少なくとも1つのヌクレオシドが修飾核酸塩基を含む、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 修飾核酸塩基が5’−メチルシトシンである、請求項13に記載の化合物。

- ウィング領域の少なくとも1つが4’〜2’二環式ヌクレオシドを含み、残りのウィングのヌクレオシドの少なくとも1つが非二環式2’−修飾ヌクレオシドである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 非二環式2’−修飾ヌクレオシドが2’−O−メトキシエチルヌクレオシドである、請求項18に記載の化合物。
- 4’〜2’二環式ヌクレオシドが4’−CH(CH3)−O−2’二環式ヌクレオシドである、請求項18に記載の化合物。
- 修飾アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが17連結ヌクレオシドから成り、修飾オリゴヌクレオチドの5’末端から数えて、修飾オリゴヌクレオチドのポジション9の核酸塩基が識別用多型と一致する、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- ウィング−ギャップ−ウィングモチーフが2−9−6である、請求項21に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の化合物を含む、細胞、組織、又は動物における一塩基多型を含む遺伝子の対立遺伝子多様体の発現を選択的に低減するための医薬組成物。
