Claims (18)

- 動物における血清コレステロールレベルまたは血清トリグリセリドレベルを低下させるのに用いるためのあるいは血清コレステロールレベルまたは血清トリグリセリドレベルの上昇を阻害するのに用いるための、医薬の調製のためのmiR−122核酸に対し少なくとも90%の配列相補性からなるところの、アンチセンス化合物の使用。
- 血清コレステロールがLDL−コレステロールであるところの、請求項1記載の化合物または請求項2記載の使用。
- 血清コレステロールが血清総コレステロールであるところの、請求項1記載の化合物または請求項2記載の使用。
- 代謝性疾患または心血管疾患の治療に用いる、miR−122a核酸に対し少なくとも90%の配列相補性からなるところの、アンチセンス化合物。
- 代謝性疾患または心血管疾患を治療するための医薬の調製におけるmiR−122a核酸に対し少なくとも90%の配列相補性からなるところの、アンチセンス化合物の使用。
- 疾患が、糖尿病、肥満、脂質異常症、高コレステロール血症、高トリグリセリド血症、または高脂肪酸血症であるところの、請求項5記載のアンチセンス化合物または請求項6記載の使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、15〜30ヌクレオシド長であるか、アンチセンス化合物が、17−25ヌクレオシド長であるか、またはアンチセンス化合物が、21〜23ヌクレオチド長であるところの、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、miR−122a標的核酸と完全に相補的であるところの、請求項8記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、複数の2’−糖修飾ヌクレオシドを含むところの、請求項8または9記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、少なくとも1個の二環式糖修飾ヌクレオシドをさらに含むところの、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、配列番号:1記載の核酸塩基配列を含むところの、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、配列番号:1記載の核酸塩基配列からなるか、または配列番号:2記載の核酸塩基配列からなるところの、請求項8〜12のいずれか一項記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、2’−MOE糖修飾ヌクレオシドを均一に含むところの、請求項8〜13のいずれか一項記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、少なくとも1つのホスホロチオエート・ヌクレオシド内結合を含むところの、請求項8〜14のいずれか一項記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- アンチセンス化合物が、少なくとも1個の5−メチルシトシンを含むところの、請求項8〜15のいずれか一項記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- 各ヌクレオシドが、2’−O−メトキシエチルヌクレオシドであり、各結合が、ホスホロチオエート結合であり、各シトシンが5−メチルシトシンであるところの、請求項12または13に記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
- miR−122a核酸が成熟miR−122aであるところの、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載のアンチセンス化合物または使用。
