Claims (5)
- 外箱と内箱とによって形成される断熱箱体と、前記断熱箱体に形成された貯蔵室を開閉する、少なくとも、扉外板と扉内板及び前記扉外板と前記扉内板の上下端に設けられた上面フレーム及び下面フレームから形成される空間に発泡断熱材を充填して構成される開閉扉を備えた冷蔵庫において、
前記扉外板の上下端面の少なくとも一方に奥行き方向に折り曲げられた折り曲げ部を設け、前記上面フレーム或いは前記下面フレームの前記扉外板側の端面に前記折り曲げ部を嵌め込む係合溝を形成すると共に、前記係合溝から前記扉外板の内側面に接触して前記扉外板の中央側に延びる所定長さを有する封止部を前記扉外板の横方向に沿って形成したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記係合溝を備えた前記フレームは前記係合溝を形成する外側係合部と内側係合部を備え、前記封止部は前記内側係合部から前記扉外板の内側面に接触して前記扉外板の中央側に延び、更に前記扉外板の横方向に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記内側係合部は嵌合リブを有し、前記嵌合リブと前記外側係合部の間で前記扉外板の前記折り曲げ部を嵌合していることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記フレームの前記外側係合部の端面は、前記フレームの前記内側係合部に形成した前記封止部の扉外板側の面より奥行き側に位置していることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記扉外板には折り曲げて形成した側面部が設けられ、前記側面部の端面は前記係合溝を備えた前記フレームの側面に設けた係合部によって外側から覆われていることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
