Abstract
【解決手段】操作用ハンドル1は、軸体に外嵌する筒状の軸体保持部30を備えるハンドル本体2と、基部40を介して対向する一対の弾性脚41を、軸体保持部30に形成された一対のクリップ保持溝34に挿入し、両側から挟持することで軸体保持部30に装着されるとともに、一対の弾性脚41が備える係止部が軸体保持部30の内方に延出する連結用クリップ4と、を有している。ここで、クリップ保持溝34は、連結用クリップ4の挿入方向に対して溝形状を変形させて、当該クリップ保持溝34に挿入された弾性脚41を溝形状に沿って弾性変形させる形状変形部を備えている。

Claims (5)
- 軸体に連結されることで当該軸体の操作用の手掛けとなる操作用ハンドルにおいて、
前記軸体に外嵌する筒状の軸体保持部を備えるハンドル本体と、
基部を介して対向する一対の弾性脚を、前記軸体保持部に形成された一対のクリップ保持溝に挿入し、当該一対の弾性脚により軸体保持部を両側から挟持することで前記軸体保持部に装着されるとともに、前記一対の弾性脚が備える係止部が前記軸体保持部の内周壁よりも内方に延出する連結用クリップと、を有し、
前記クリップ保持溝は、前記連結用クリップの挿入方向に対して溝形状を変形させて、当該クリップ保持溝に挿入された前記弾性脚を溝形状に沿って弾性変形させる形状変形部を備えることを特徴とする操作用ハンドル。 - 前記クリップ保持溝は、前記連結用クリップの挿入方向を基準に直線状に形成されるストレート領域と、前記ストレート領域に連続し当該ストレート領域に比して傾斜する勾配領域とで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された操作用ハンドル。
- 前記クリップ保持溝は、前記連結用クリップの挿入方向の手前側に前記ストレート領域が設定され、前記連結用クリップの挿入方向の奥側に前記勾配領域が設定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載された操作用ハンドル。
- 前記形状変形部は、前記一対のクリップ保持溝のうち一方のクリップ保持溝に設定され、
前記一対のクリップ保持溝のうち他方のクリップ保持溝は、前記連結用クリップの挿入方向に対して溝形状を一様とする直線状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載された操作用ハンドル。 - 基部を介して対向する一対の弾性脚を備える連結用クリップにて軸体に連結される操作用ハンドルのハンドル本体構造において、
前記軸体の操作用の手掛けとなる本体部と、
前記軸体に外嵌する筒状の軸体保持部と、を有し、
前記軸体保持部は、
前記軸体保持部の外周面に形成された一対のクリップ保持溝を有し、当該一対のクリップ保持溝に前記一対の弾性脚が挿入されると、当該一対の弾性脚により前記軸体保持部が両側から挟持されて前記連結用クリップが装着されるとともに、前記一対の弾性脚が備える係止部が前記軸体保持部の内周壁よりも内方に延出しており、
前記クリップ保持溝は、前記連結用クリップの挿入方向に対して溝形状を変形させて、当該クリップ保持溝に挿入された前記弾性脚を溝形状に沿って弾性変形させる形状変形部を備えることを特徴とする操作用ハンドルのハンドル本体構造。
