Abstract
Description
本発明に係る複合処理剤は、水酸化カルシウム及び水酸化マグネシウムを含んで構成される複塩と、アルカリ度低減剤とを含む。
複塩は、水酸化カルシウム及び水酸化マグネシウムを必須の構成成分とする。複塩の製造方法は特に限定されるものでないが、容易な例として、苦灰石(ドロマイト,CaMg(CO3)2)を焼成し、水酸化(消化)して水酸化ドロマイト(Ca(OH)2・Mg(OH)2)を得ることが挙げられる。

本発明に係る複合処理剤は、塩化物、硫酸塩、水酸化物等のアルカリ度低減作用を持つ化合物を含む。以下、この化合物のことを便宜上「アルカリ度低減剤」という。
本発明を阻害しない範囲であれば、複合処理剤は、複塩及びアルカリ度低減剤とは異なる他の成分を含むものであってもよい。他の成分として、例えば、酸性ガスに含まれるダイオキシンを処理する活性炭や、バグフィルターのろ過助剤として使用される珪藻土等が挙げられる。また、複合処理剤が重金属固定剤を含むものであってもよく、この場合、重金属固定剤の混合工程を省略することができ、有効な手段となる。
複合処理剤は、上述した各種成分を従来公知の手法により均一に混合することによって得られる。
本発明に係る処理方法は、上記複合処理剤を煙道に供給して排ガスに含まれる酸性ガスを処理し、その後、飛灰を集塵し、集塵後の飛灰に含まれる重金属を重金属固定剤で処理する工程を含む。
アルカリ度低減剤は、未反応物に含まれる水酸化カルシウム由来のアルカリ分を低減可能であれば足り、塩化物、硫酸塩及び水酸化物から選択される1種以上の化合物を含むものであれば特に限定されるものではない。
素材安定性は、アルカリ度低減剤を常温/常湿下で1週間静置し、外観を確認することで評価した。
配合安定性は、実施例で仕様した高比表面積水酸化ドロマイト70重量部とアルカリ度低減剤30重量部と、水20重量部とを加え、スパーテルで撹拌し、撹拌前後の温度上昇(Δ℃)を測定することで評価した。
スクリーニングの結果を表2に示す。
〔実施例1〕
高比表面積水酸化ドロマイト(水酸化カルシウム及び水酸化マグネシウムを構成成分とし、Ca(OH)2・Mg(OH)2で表される複塩,比表面積:50m2/g,メジアン径(d50):15μm)70重量部と、硫酸塩含有水酸化アルミニウム(製品名:アッシュナイトI−201,化学式Alx(SO4)y(OH)Z等で表される化合物,栗田工業社製)30重量部とを混合し、実施例1に係る複合処理剤を得た。
硫酸塩含有水酸化アルミニウムを硫酸マグネシウム(比表面積:5.8m2/g、メジアン径(d50):228μm)にしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の手法にて、実施例2に係る複合処理剤を得た。
一般的に流通している高反応性消石灰(比表面積:46m2/g、メジアン径(d50):7.9μm,細孔容積:0.26ml/g)70重量部、及び水酸化マグネシウム(製品名:水酸化マグネシウム300、比表面積:35m2/g,メジアン径7μm、神島化学工業社製)30重量部の混合物を70重量部と、実施例と同じ硫酸塩含有水酸化アルミニウム30重量部とを混合し、比較例1に係る複合処理剤を得た。
比較例1と同じ高反応性消石灰70重量部と、実施例と同じ硫酸塩含有水酸化アルミニウム30重量部とを混合し、比較例2に係る処理剤を得た。
比較例1と同じ高反応性消石灰を比較例3に係る処理剤とした。
図1に記載の模擬集塵機室内評価装置を用い、実施例及び比較例に係る各種処理剤の処理性能を評価した。この装置において、試験条件は、以下のとおりとした。

上記<処理性能の比較 その1>において、実施例及び比較例に係る各種処理剤の処理性能を評価した後の残渣に、C工場より得られた、酸性ガス処理剤が吹き込まれていない灰であって、2段バグフィルターの1段目の灰を、残渣1重量部に対して4重量部混合し、模擬飛灰を作成した。C工場より得られた灰の性状、及び各種の模擬飛灰の性状は、表7のとおりである。

飛灰を濃硝酸及び濃塩酸で加熱濃縮し、放冷する。放冷後、純水を加え、加温溶解した液を定量ろ紙(アドバンテック社製、No.6)でろ過し、ろ液中の鉛濃度を原子吸光光度計(日立社製、Z−2000)にて測定した。
溶出液pHの測定方法
環境庁告示13号試験法に基づく溶出試験を行った後、溶出液のpH測定を行った。
鉛溶出量の測定方法
環境庁告示13号試験法に基づく溶出試験を行った後、溶出液中の鉛濃度を原子吸光光度計(日立社製、Z−2000)にて測定した。
Claims (6)
- 水酸化カルシウム及び水酸化マグネシウムを含んで構成される複塩と、アルカリ度低減剤とを含む、酸性ガス及び重金属の複合処理剤。
- 前記複塩の比表面積は20m2/g以上であり、メジアン径(d50)が30μm未満である、請求項1に記載の複合処理剤。
- 前記アルカリ度低減剤は、塩化物、硫酸塩及び水酸化物から選択される1種以上の化合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の複合処理剤。
- 前記化合物は、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸塩含有水酸化アルミニウム、硫酸亜鉛、硫酸銅、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化鉄、水酸化亜鉛、水酸化銅から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項3に記載の複合処理剤。
- 前記酸性ガスは、排ガスに含まれる酸性ガスであり、
前記重金属は、飛灰に含まれる重金属である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の複合処理剤。 - 水酸化カルシウム及び水酸化マグネシウムを含んで構成される複塩を排ガスに添加した後、飛灰を集塵し、集塵後の飛灰にアルカリ度低減剤添加する、酸性ガス及び重金属の処理方法。
