Abstract

Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は母材主成分を含む。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第1副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnからなる群より選択される一つ以上の元素、これらの酸化物、及びこれらの炭酸塩の一つ以上を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第2副成分として、SiO2及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群より選択される一つ以上を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Y、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の金属、及びこれらの塩からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分を含むことができる。
(1−x)BaTiO3−x(Na1−yKy)NbO3で示される母材主成分粉末は、固相法を適用して製造した。

Claims (15)
- 母材主成分及び副成分を含み、
前記母材主成分は、BaTiO3を含む第1母材主成分及び(Na1−yKy)NbO3を含む第2母材主成分を含み、
前記母材主成分を(1−x)BaTiO3−x(Na1−yKy)NbO3で示すとき、xは0.005≦x≦0.5、yは0.3≦y≦1.0を満たす、誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記母材主成分はBaTiO3と(Na1−yKy)NbO3の固溶体である、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記副成分は、
Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの一つ以上を含む原子価可変アクセプタ元素、これらの酸化物、及びこれらの炭酸塩からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第1副成分、
SiO2及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第2副成分、及び
Y、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の元素の酸化物からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分の少なくとも一つ以上を含む、請求項1または2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記第1副成分に含まれたMn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの一つ以上の原子価可変アクセプタ元素の含量の総和は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜5.0モル部であり、
前記第2副成分に含まれたSi元素の含量は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜5.0モル部であり、
前記第3副成分に含まれたY、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の元素の含量の総和は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.2〜5.0モル部である、請求項3に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記副成分は、
Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの一つ以上を含む原子価可変アクセプタ元素、これらの酸化物、及びこれらの炭酸塩からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第1副成分を含み、
前記第1副成分に含まれたMn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの一つ以上の原子価可変アクセプタ元素の含量の総和は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜5.0モル部である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記副成分は、
SiO2及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第2副成分を含み、
前記第2副成分に含まれたSi元素の含量は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜5.0モル部である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記副成分は、
Y、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の元素の酸化物からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分を含み、
前記第3副成分に含まれたY、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の元素の含量の総和は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.2〜5.0モル部である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物から形成された、誘電体材料。
- 誘電体層を有し、内部電極が交互に積層されたセラミック本体と、
前記セラミック本体の外部面に形成され、前記内部電極と電気的に連結される外部電極と、を含み、
前記誘電体層は、
母材主成分及び副成分を含む誘電体磁器組成物で形成され、
前記母材主成分は、BaTiO3を含む第1母材主成分及び(Na1−yKy)NbO3を含む第2母材主成分を含み、前記母材主成分を(1−x)BaTiO3−x(Na1−yKy)NbO3で示すとき、xは0.005≦x≦0.5、yは0.3≦y≦1.0を満たす、積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記母材主成分はBaTiO3と(Na1−yKy)NbO3の固溶体である、請求項9に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記副成分は、
Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの一つ以上を含む原子価可変アクセプタ元素、これらの酸化物、及びこれらの炭酸塩からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第1副成分、
SiO2及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第2副成分、及び
Y、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の元素の酸化物からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分の少なくとも一つ以上を含む、請求項9または10に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記第1副成分に含まれたMn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの一つ以上の原子価可変アクセプタ元素の含量の総和は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜5.0モル部であり、
前記第2副成分に含まれたSi元素の含量は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜5.0モル部であり、
前記第3副成分に含まれたY、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の元素の含量の総和は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.2〜5.0モル部である、請求項11に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記副成分は、
Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの一つ以上を含む原子価可変アクセプタ元素、これらの酸化物、及びこれらの炭酸塩からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第1副成分を含み、
前記第1副成分に含まれたMn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの一つ以上の原子価可変アクセプタ元素の含量の総和は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜5.0モル部である、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記副成分は、
SiO2及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第2副成分を含み、
前記第2副成分に含まれたSi元素の含量は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜5.0モル部である、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記副成分は、
Y、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の元素の酸化物からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分を含み、
前記第3副成分に含まれたY、Dy、Sm、Gd、Ho、Er及びYbの一つ以上の元素の含量の総和は、前記母材主成分100モル部に対して0.2〜5.0モル部である、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
