Description
本発明の一実施形態に係る誘電体磁器組成物は、BaとTiとを含む母材主成分を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第1副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnからなる群から選択される一つ以上の元素、これらの酸化物及びこれらの炭酸塩のうち一つ以上を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第2副成分として、Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター(fixed−valence acceptor)元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩のうち一つ以上を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Y、Dy、Ho、Sm、Gd、Er、La、Ce及びNdのうち一つ以上の元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Ba及びCaのうち一つ以上の元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第4副成分を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、CaZrO3を含む第5副成分を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第6副成分を含むことができる。
第1母材主成分と、第2母材主成分と、を含む母材粉末である(1−z)(Ba1−xCax)TiO3+z(Ba1−yCay)TiO3混合固溶体粉末は、以下のように固相法を適用して製造した。

111 誘電体層
121、122 第1及び第2内部電極
131、132 第1及び第2外部電極
Claims (5)
- チタン酸バリウム系母材主成分と、副成分と、を含み、
焼結後の微細構造において、
Caの含有量が2.5mol%未満である結晶粒を第1結晶粒、Caの含有量が4.0〜12.0mol%である結晶粒を第2結晶粒と規定したときに、焼成後の前記第2結晶粒の平均サイズに対する焼成後の前記第1結晶粒の平均サイズの割合が1.6〜2.2を満たし、
下記の(A)および(C)、または、(B)および(C)
(A)150℃における高温耐電圧が65V/μm以上である
(B)前記結晶粒のうち三つの結晶粒が接して形成される、下記式で求められる三重点でのポア(Pore)の割合は20%以下である
三重点のポアの割合(%)=(長軸の長さが20nm以上のポアの個数)/(全三重点の個数)×100
(C)焼成後の前記第1結晶粒の平均サイズは398〜450nmであり、焼成後の前記第2結晶粒の平均サイズは250〜350nmである
を満たし、
前記副成分は、
Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnのうち一つ以上を含む原子価可変アクセプター元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第1副成分と、
Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩のうち一つ以上を含む第2副成分と、
Y、Dy、Ho、Sm、Gd、Er、La、Ce及びNdのうち一つ以上の元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分と、
Ba及びCaのうち一つ以上の元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第4副成分と、
CaZrO 3 を含む第5副成分と、
Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第6副成分と、を含み、
前記第1副成分に含まれたMn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnのうち一つ以上の原子価可変アクセプター元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜2.0モル部であり、
前記第2副成分に含まれたMgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対して2.0モル部以下であり、
前記第3副成分に含まれたY、Dy、Ho、Sm、Gd、Er、La、Ce及びNdのうち一つ以上の元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.2〜5.0モル部であり、
前記第4副成分に含まれたBa及びCaのうち一つ以上の元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.72〜7.68モル部であり、
前記CaZrO 3 の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対してCa及びZr元素を基準として3モル部以下であり、
前記第6副成分に含まれたSi元素の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.5〜3.0モル部である、
誘電体材料。 - 前記第1結晶粒のCaの含有量が2.0mol%以下である、請求項1に記載の誘電体材料。
- 誘電体層と内部電極が交互に積層されたセラミック本体と、
前記セラミック本体の外部面に形成され、前記内部電極と電気的に連結される外部電極と、を含み、
前記誘電体層の微細構造において、
Caの含有量が2.5mol%未満である結晶粒を第1結晶粒、Caの含有量が4.0〜12.0mol%である結晶粒を第2結晶粒と規定したときに、焼成後の前記第2結晶粒の平均サイズに対する焼成後の前記第1結晶粒の平均サイズの割合が1.6〜2.2を満たし、
下記の(A)および(C)、または、(B)および(C)
(A)150℃における高温耐電圧が65V/μm以上である
(B)前記結晶粒のうち三つの結晶粒が接して形成される、下記式で求められる三重点でのポア(Pore)の割合は20%以下である
三重点のポアの割合(%)=(長軸の長さが20nm以上のポアの個数)/(全三重点の個数)×100
(C)焼成後の前記第1結晶粒の平均サイズは398〜450nmであり、焼成後の前記第2結晶粒の平均サイズは250〜350nmである

前記誘電体層は、チタン酸バリウム系母材主成分と、副成分と、を含む誘電体磁器組成物で形成され、
前記副成分は、
Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnのうち一つ以上を含む原子価可変アクセプター元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第1副成分と、
Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩のうち一つ以上を含む第2副成分と、
Y、Dy、Ho、Sm、Gd、Er、La、Ce及びNdのうち一つ以上の元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分と、
Ba及びCaのうち一つ以上の元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第4副成分と、
CaZrO 3 を含む第5副成分と、
Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第6副成分と、を含み、
前記第1副成分に含まれたMn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnのうち一つ以上の原子価可変アクセプター元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜2.0モル部であり、
前記第2副成分に含まれたMgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対して2.0モル部以下であり、
前記第3副成分に含まれたY、Dy、Ho、Sm、Gd、Er、La、Ce及びNdのうち一つ以上の元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.2〜5.0モル部であり、
前記第4副成分に含まれたBa及びCaのうち一つ以上の元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.72〜7.68モル部であり、
前記CaZrO 3 の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対してCa及びZr元素を基準として3モル部以下であり、
前記第6副成分に含まれたSi元素の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.5〜3.0モル部である、
積層セラミックキャパシター。 - (Ba1−xCax)TiO3(x≦0.02)で表される第1母材主成分、及び(Ba1−yCay)TiO3(0.04≦y≦0.12)で表される第2母材主成分を含む母材主成分と、副成分と、を含み、
前記副成分は、
Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnのうち少なくとも一つ以上を含む原子価可変アクセプター元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第1副成分と、
Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩のうち一つ以上を含む第2副成分と、
Y、Dy、Ho、Sm、Gd、Er、La、Ce及びNdのうち一つ以上元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分と、
Ba及びCaのうち一つ以上元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第4副成分と、
CaZrO3を含む第5副成分と、
Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第6副成分と、
を含む誘電体材料であって、
下記の(A)および(C)、または、(B)および(C)
(A)150℃における高温耐電圧が65V/μm以上である
(B)前記誘電体材料に含まれる結晶粒のうち三つの結晶粒が接して形成される、下記式で求められる三重点でのポア(Pore)の割合は20%以下である
三重点のポアの割合(%)=(長軸の長さが20nm以上のポアの個数)/(全三重点の個数)×100
(C)焼成後の第1結晶粒の平均サイズは398〜450nmであり、焼成後の第2結晶粒の平均サイズは250〜350nmである
を満たし、
前記副成分は、
Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnのうち一つ以上を含む原子価可変アクセプター元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第1副成分と、
Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩のうち一つ以上を含む第2副成分と、
Y、Dy、Ho、Sm、Gd、Er、La、Ce及びNdのうち一つ以上の元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第3副成分と、
Ba及びCaのうち一つ以上の元素の、酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第4副成分と、
CaZrO 3 を含む第5副成分と、
Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む第6副成分と、を含み、
前記第1副成分に含まれたMn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnのうち一つ以上の原子価可変アクセプター元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.1〜2.0モル部であり、
前記第2副成分に含まれたMgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対して2.0モル部以下であり、
前記第3副成分に含まれたY、Dy、Ho、Sm、Gd、Er、La、Ce及びNdのうち一つ以上の元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.2〜5.0モル部であり、
前記第4副成分に含まれたBa及びCaのうち一つ以上の元素の含有量の合計は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.72〜7.68モル部であり、
前記CaZrO 3 の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対してCa及びZr元素を基準として3モル部以下であり、
前記第6副成分に含まれたSi元素の含有量は、母材主成分100モル部に対して0.5〜3.0モル部である、
誘電体材料。 - (Ba1−xCax)TiO3(x≦0.02)で表される第1母材主成分は平均粒径が300nmである、請求項4に記載の誘電体材料。
