Abstract
【解決手段】トレッド部2に、溝で区分されたブロック15が設けられた空気入りタイヤである。ブロック15は、タイヤ軸方向の両側の側面に窪み22が設けられたくびれブロック20を含む。各窪み22は、くびれブロック20の踏面21に設けられたブロック中心側に凸のV字状のエッジ23により区画されている。

Description
図1には、本実施形態の空気入りタイヤ(以下、単に「タイヤ」ということがある。)1のトレッド部2の展開図が示されている。本実施形態の空気入りタイヤ1は、例えば、不整地走行に適したSUV用として好適に使用される。
装着リム:17×7.5
タイヤ内圧:220kPa
テスト車両:排気量2400cc、四輪駆動車
タイヤ装着位置:全輪
圧雪路面上で上記テスト車両を5km/hから20km/hまで加速させたときの距離が、GPSで測定された。結果は、比較例を100とする指数であり、数値が小さい程、雪上性能が優れていることを示す。
乾燥路面を一定距離走行した後のセンター陸部の摩耗量が測定された。結果は、比較例1の値を100とする指数で表示されている。数値が小さい程、摩耗量が小さく、耐摩耗性に優れていることを示す。
テスト結果が表1に示される。

Claims (7)
- トレッド部に、溝で区分されたブロックが設けられた空気入りタイヤであって、
前記ブロックは、タイヤ軸方向の両側の側面に窪みが設けられたくびれブロックを含み、
前記各窪みは、前記くびれブロックの踏面に設けられたブロック中心側に凸のV字状のエッジにより区画されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記くびれブロックの前記窪みが、タイヤ赤道の両側に位置している請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記窪みは、タイヤ赤道の一方側に位置する第1窪みと、タイヤ赤道の他方側に位置する第2窪みとからなり、
前記第1窪みの前記V字状のエッジの頂点は、前記第2窪みの前記V字状のエッジの頂点とはタイヤ周方向で異なる位置に設けられている請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記各V字状のエッジは、長傾斜部と、前記長傾斜部とは逆向きに傾きかつ前記長傾斜部の長さよりも小さい長さを有する短傾斜部とを含む請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1窪みの前記V字状のエッジは、前記長傾斜部がタイヤ周方向の一方側に配置されており、
前記第2窪みの前記V字状のエッジは、前記長傾斜部がタイヤ周方向の他方側に配置されている請求項4記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記V字状のエッジは、80〜110°の頂角を有する請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記くびれブロックの踏面は、両側の前記V字状のエッジを、タイヤ周方向の各側でつなぐ一対の横エッジを有し、
前記各横エッジは、ブロック外側に凸状である請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
