Abstract
【解決手段】外嵌部材11は、介在部10bを介在させた状態で仕切部材20に外嵌されるところ、その介在部10bが一定の厚み寸法とされるので、第2取付部材3に縮径加工が施される際に、外嵌部材11が仕切部材20から抜け出る方向へ変位することを抑制できる。よって、仕切部材20に対して外嵌部材11が偏心や傾斜することを抑制して、外嵌部材11及びダイヤフラム10の位置精度の向上を図ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 第1取付部材と、筒状の第2取付部材と、前記第1取付部材および前記第2取付部材とを連結すると共にゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体と、前記防振基体との間に液体封入室を形成すると共にゴム状弾性体から構成されるダイヤフラムと、前記液体封入室を前記防振基体側の第1室および前記ダイヤフラム側の第2室に仕切る仕切部材と、前記第1室および第2室を連通させるオリフィスとを備えた液体封入式防振装置において、
前記仕切部材に外嵌される筒状の外嵌部材と、その外嵌部材の内周面に一定の厚み寸法で配設されると共に前記ダイヤフラムの外縁部に連なりゴム状弾性体から形成される介在部とを備え、
前記外嵌部材は、前記介在部を介在させた状態で前記仕切部材に外嵌され、
前記仕切部材は、外周面から径方向外側に突出すると共に外嵌された前記外嵌部材の軸方向端面が当接される突出部を備えると共に、前記外嵌部材が外嵌される領域が円柱状に形成され、
前記仕切部材に前記外嵌部材が外嵌された状態で、前記第2取付部材に縮径加工が施されることを特徴とする液体封入式防振装置。 - 前記仕切部材の外周面または前記介在部の内周面の一方には、凹部が凹設されると共に、前記凹部は、周方向に分散配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体封入式防振装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記介在部の内周面に凹設されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の液体封入式防振装置。
- 前記防振基体に連なると共に前記第2取付部材の内周面に配設されゴム状弾性体から構成される膜部を備え、
前記外嵌部材の外径寸法は、前記仕切部材の前記突出部における外径寸法と同一の寸法または小さい寸法に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の液体封入式防振装置。 - 前記仕切部材の外周面または前記介在部の内周面の少なくとも一方には、前記仕切部材に対して前記外嵌部材が前記突出部から離間する方向へ変位することを抑制する抑制手段が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれかに記載の液体封入式防振装置。
